A Reliably Enjoyable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to have my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit frustrating setting up the reoccurring meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have good quality meetings with my virtual clients. I literally use Zoom 5 days a week.

Zoom has served us well in this new Covid world
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly. Even my grandma uses Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scheduling a meeting can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a church who has online members all over the world. Zoom allows us to meet with them and for them to meet with each other. It has been an amazing tool for that.
Easy and people familiar
What do you like best about the product?
People know how to for the most part use the platform and are not unaware of the features
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not give host as much control as other platforms information saved or chat pick up later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now zoom is solving team accessibility and and work accountability
Excellent solution for attorneys and mediators
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that makes Zoom stand out from its competitors is the availability and ease of use of the breakout rooms. As a trial lawyer, I appreciate using Zoom for depositions and court hearings to increase efficiency and reduce travel time. But my favorite use is for mediation, where the Zoom Rooms feature mimics how we would structure the conference if we were in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint about Zoom is the distractions that can be caused by poot connections. I have noticed this the most when participants are overseas, or occasionally when using a mobile device while actually in motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made my practice tremendously more efficient. I work primarily on contingency fees and rarely on hourly charges, so it is in my best interest to minimize time and expense for any given activity. Zoom saves me hundred of hours per year in travel time and significant overhead costs for travel.
Early Fan of Zoom During Covid - Still There Now
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Zoom early because of its ease of use, and the technology keeps getting better. Zoom has been an essential resource to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find something I dislike about Zoom, which is why I chose it over other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid, we needed to find a way to communicate with our clients and colleagues in a way that was easy, efficient and without hassle. Zoom was the option that accomplished all of that, and kept us up-and-running without a hitch. Today, it's equally as important, and remains our top tool for staying connected with people.
Great for business meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to see who I am communicating with. The ability to share screen is also helpful. I also like to use the waiting room feature so no one is on the meeting until I am ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you subscribe you can't assign people accounts that also allow for greater than 40 minute phone calls. If I'm paying for the service, let me delegate that to others. Totally understand we can't all be using it at once but someone in my org should be able to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of my clients are not local. I feel like I can get to know people better via a video platform. I like that I can easily record the call if needed and that I can restrict who joins.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom call is simple and easy to use. The controls are simple and easy to understand. When I introduce new users they are usually able to utilize the platform quickly and without much instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the Zoom call locks up and/or does not display the viewing window completely. Sometimes the system locks up without showing your screen and you aren't aware because the software shows the green box indicating you are sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as a consultant to communicate with clients throughout the US and all over the world. Additionally, I use Zoom to host a Bible study amongst women throughout the use.
Zoom for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the service. We never have issues with it cutting out or causing issues. We use it for meetings and webinars as well as simple calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Honestly of all the other options, Zoom has been the best for me!

We have members from all over the state. Zoom offers a platform where I can speak with colleagues or members without having to be there in person.
Great communication facility
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Much more stable and flexible than Skype. Nowhere near as data hungry as Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to dislike, although the 40 minutes limitation on calls with more than two people is a bit irritating

Zoom solves having to get all participants in a meeting who want to see each other as well as talk to each other and share documents having to be in the same place
Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use, both as an administrator and for the participants. I like being able to share my screen, allow another person to share their screen, and record the Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like. Having used other platforms, Zoom is by far the best for my needs.

It allows me to connect with both business associates and family across the country and around the world.
