What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of zoom. It has made meeting much easier in the confines of your own home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price. While I pay the cost it is a turn off considering other options that have come out since Covid started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Zoom does what I need it to.

Meets all of my needs for podcasting and online meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have both the audio file and a video file of a recording. Plus, with the nature of my podcast recording, I am not close to almost any of my guests. That doesn't matter with zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is the uncontrollable fact that the other person's internet connection can impact the quality of the recording/audio. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you can't meet in person, due to distance, the virus or any other inconvenience, zoom is the best way to communicate with people you might not have been able to otherwise.

Ease of use, efficient use of time, recording option

Time limitation for free, trouble pulling attendance reports

Time efficiency. It's saving me so much time to be able to meet with partners located all over my state.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all of the options and plugins that Zoom offers as well as the ability to schedule recurring meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to customize the lighting a bit better. Even when selecting manual adjustment, the camera still attempts to correct lighting and it can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to onboard new managers within the company as well as allowing us to train more employees while saving money from not having to travel to in person locations.

Zoom saved my Private Practice during the Covid Lockdown

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule an appointment with a client, email them the link and the platform works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally either my client or I freeze up and we have had to switch to a phone session. I blame this on my client's bad reception, not Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though the Covid lockdown is over and I am seeing clients in person again, many of my clients have decided to continue using Zoom as it's more convenient. With other clients, we do both in person and Zoom depending on what works best that week. Also, I can take working vacations and still see clients!

What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that make it a dynamic experience like the whiteboard, share screen, breakout rooms, and remote control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been on Zoom calls that get "bombed" with people that should not have been there. I imagine using a password would help discourage that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with my team, clients, and students since I moved out of state and now work mostly remotely.

It's so easy to collaborate with screen share.

Sometimes there can be a bit of a delay.

It is solving the work from home issue. We cannot all be in our office together anymore so this has been so helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used online meeting and presentation systems for over 25 years and find Zoom to be one of the easiest and friendliest. The integration with my email and calendar system adds to the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, but sometimes the automatic highlighting of the person speaking can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, because of COVID, my Rotary Club couldn't meet in person . . . Zoom made it possible for us, and we're a large club with nearly 300 members. Second, I can't always travel to meet with friends and colleagues, so Zoom makes that possible. Third, inviting guest speakers into my university classroom is a breeze. Fourth, the system is incredibly reliable. Fifth, I've never had a situation when someone couldn't interact via Zoom . . . it's so easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
This bridged a huge gap when connecting with current and potential clients during and post COVID lockdown. This was also fairly easy for clients to operate even if they were not technology savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not really come across downsides to using zoom. Maybe initially that people were hacking into meetings, but putting passcodes resolved this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic lockdown, I was able to continue business as usual due to my ability to continue to meet with them virtually in addition to meeting new referrals.
