The most user friendly , majorly used and important video conferencing platform for official use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most easy to use , well organized and frequently used platform for setting up official as well as personal meetings and calls with single member as well as large group meetings with no time restriction and proper audio, video options with additional features like recording and screen sharing as well as remote control over screen options. The UI of the platform is very handy for any beginners and customer support is also very quick and resolves issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such is there which I dislike about zoom workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to connect and discuss official issues and discussions with clients and coworkers all over the world at any time without any hurdles.

It’s way to use on a laptop or phone. No need to login.

You only get a short amount of time before having to pay on the free version.

Doesn’t have to waste time looking for conference rooms or places to meet.
I ABSOLUTLELY LOVE ZOOM WORKPLACE
What do you like best about the product?
The quality is very good for meetings, it's very easy to use, I love the AI features - Zoom is now able to take notes like an actual assistant, if you missed something in the meeting you are able to ask the assist and it provides you a response. You are able to access meetings as a guest, and you can have meeting integrated to your Google calendar. Zoom is my go to app for meetings, regardless of the number for apps there are currently, I've never needed to reach out to customer service, however, they check in to ensure all is well and send emails to introduce the new updates. The web platform is also very handy, and allows you FULL control! I am able to share recoded meeting, view past meetings from myself and team members (scheduled or recorded), share meetings, set alternative hosts, add team members into different group or departments, run reports etc. I use Zoom every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom currently. Zoom gets the job done every time.

Zoom Workplace has significantly improved our internal communication and collaboration. It allows our teams to connect seamlessly, whether working remotely or on-site, helping to reduce delays and improve overall efficiency.
The integration of video meetings, chat, file sharing, and calendar features in one platform minimizes the need for multiple tools, making workflows more streamlined. Additionally, the reliability of Zoom’s platform ensures fewer technical issues during meetings, which has been a major benefit for productivity.

Zoom is helpful for online face to face or in a group sometimes too I have used it for interviews and meetings etc...theres is no downside to using it because it's super easy to use anywhere and anytime

Honestly I haven't found any major negatives to zoom maybe when the frames are lagging or behind a little but that's sometimes expected to happen

Zoom makes it more convenient to have meetings and interviews without the need for in person

It's very easy to use and implement meetings with large groups of people from all over. I use it at least weekly.

I don't have any negatives. It works great.

With people working from home and some in the office it helps everyone connect.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Zoom is how reliable and simple it is. Whether it’s a quick 1:1 or a full-blown team meeting, it just works. Clear audio, smooth video, and the screen sharing is super handy — it’s like having the whole team right there with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes a bit to start or needs updates at the wrong time. Also, breakout rooms can be a little clunky. But nothing major — it's still my go-to for calls.

Zoom solves the problem of distance. It keeps our team connected no matter where we are. It’s helped build strong collaboration, made meetings easy, and honestly just kept work flowing smoothly.
