Easy to use video platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was vital for us when we went remote during covid. It made connecting with colleagues easy, and was extremely simple to use - we had people of all generations quickly able to learn the software and be able to launch it. We are two years post covid and we hold Zoom meetings in our firm almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to have "auto admit" and "let people join any time" was default and not something we have to check the box for. The hosts of the zoom don't always join the meetings, and sometimes it creates a headache if we are holding one after hours and someone accidentally gate keeps the zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been improving bit by bit - with adding breakout rooms, adding new features, and making it even more user friendly. We use it daily and it has become a vital part of our practice.

Zoom, great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add as many people as I want for my meetings. I do a lot of training-style meetings and now I can have them set up in a classroom-style room. Love that!
What do you dislike about the product?
When too many people are on and sometimes the audio can mess up. Plus, if the other person doesn't have the same bandwidth for internet you can lose connection, but that isn't on Zoom at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I figure out new things all the time when it comes to Zoom, honestly, I just get in there and play around to learn more. There have been so many updates and new features that is the only way I know how to keep up.
It is exceptionally user friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility it provides for doing leadership training. I can leverage breakout rooms, chats, and polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Zoom does not consistently enable me to change the time and dates of meetings. I often have to cancel a meeting and schedule a new one because it doesn't seem to align with my Outlook. The change of meetings gets stuck in my outbox. I also find that I have to often switch around my audio connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me address working in a hybrid environment where almost all of my work is virtual. That includes consulting, executive coaching, and leadership training.
Invaluable connection tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to seemlessly connect to clients all over the country. I use to meet in person, but the transition to Zoom was so easy and more convenient for both me and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. My biggest complaint is that sometimes there are connectivity issues, especially after upgrades. But these usually do not last long. So I honestly and quite happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the country, not just those in my area. I can easily share my screen or have my clients share theirs for a simplified coaching experience.
Zoom got us through Covid and continues to be a useful tool in the office.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - virtually no training needed to get started. Quality of audio/video is great. Screen share and screen remote control is helpful in supporting our staff as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a critique of the product, but while Zoom is a great tool, it is not a replacement for face-to-face meetings. In some ways better, in some ways less personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have three locations and we now communicate better between the locations than we did prior to using Zoom.
It’s a great addition to any service-based business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrations were the most useful tool for my business. With the calendar integrations and the connection to CRM software I was able to automate a lot of the scheduling of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my sessions where my link was posted publicly was hacked by an unknown user and I had to end the call. It delayed my livestream session and I had to host on another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving my business a way to connect virtually with my clients with software that is familiar to them and making meetings seamless with the integrations with so many other apps.
Simple, easy affordable video platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that setting up and using zoom is Super simple, even for the non tech Saavy users!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike!

We have a large community that is spread out across the country. Having zoom available for all allows us to connect no matter where we are

I like the ease of use. It's easy to learn the basics

The differences between mobile/iPad and desktop can be frustrating. Not having as many options on the iPad

Zoom allows me to meet with people in other geographic areas when it wouldn't be cost effective to travel

Zoom is easy to use. It is reliable and clear. It really does feel like you are in the same room as the other people on the call.

Zoom is reliant on internet strength, which sometimes is not all that strong.

Zoom is making it possible to meet people face-to-face or record video and audio without having to be in the same room. It can be done spur of the moment and provides direct interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to work from anywhere. We can access it from our phones, office and homes with the touch of a button. This allows us to have a hybrid workplace and tailor it to the needs of our employees and their families.

Takes a minute to train non-tech savvy generation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our Communication issues inside and outside the office. This allows us to be more productive and accomplish the task at hand in shorter periods of time!
