Zoom making meetings better and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the world in a simple and easy-to-use platform. For our hearing impaired the closed captions are great. The features and controls are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I lose the ability to easily see the participants during a screen share. There are times I need to chat with a participant and I then have to open the participant's list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have worldwide meetings at any time where we can share our thoughts and expression as well as brainstorm using whiteboards. We can see the reactions and interactions with others.

Have been using Zoom for years...
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that when you the membership you do not have a time limit. I also love all the additional features it contains to help with leading a virtual meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos/recordings if you save them your computer, can take up a lot of space. The cloud is an option but at times security is a concern with that and who may access those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet virtually with anyone around the worlds as long as that person has access to Wifi. It allows us to use it in all areas of our lives, from personal to business.
zoom works great for all of my business needs!

I love the ease of use and difference meeting types I can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have zero complaints! It has worked seamlessly for everything I need. The only issues I have ever had are due to the internet connection not zoon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with my clients. Zoom was a life saver during the pandemic and continually allows me to grow my business globally.
Easy to use, extra features worth it for some
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of zoom is how easy it is to set up a meeting, invite people and toggle between views. It's easy to mute and choose between video and voice only.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of zoom is that the connection isn't always consistent, that it can be tricky to log in for non zoom users and that the time limit is only for paid users. I wish there was a better native transcription program too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving with zoom is being able to hold a meeting with multiple safely and easily with multiple options for joining - phone, voice, video. It's also easy to record. I use it for personal and business meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works, and it works consistently. I've used every online communication / meeting tool that's mainstream, from Teams to Google Meet, and Zoom is the one that works most consistently and reliably. Its desktop app is lightweight and doesn't get in my way. I've intentionally made the choice to disable Google Meet from our company's Google Workspace account and only use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no concerns or issues with Zoom. It works well, and we don't need anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I spend a large part of each week in meetings internally and with clients. Zoom makes it incredibly easy to host these meetings, include video, or share your screen.
Very Balanced Platform
What do you like best about the product?
My company found Zoom for a simple test back in 2017. We were immediately impressed with the product and moved an enterprise of almost 2000 users from the Webex platform over to Zoom. The interface and user accessibility were nothing short of excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
As always, you encounter human error using any type of software. However, there would be nothing I could mention that I would dislike about the software. No improvements needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped us to become more robust in meetings: using the chat features, the breakout rooms, the webinar licenses. It benefitted business tremendously, allowing us to meet on the fly at any given moment.

Chrome extension limited options when you schedule through the link. I would like to be able to turn off camera by default

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so helpful for me when I'm working with prospective clients. Having the ability to share my screen (or for them to share their's) is a huge benefit in communicating what my software can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a negative experience. The program updates itself, most of the time I don't need to prompt it. I do wish it would stay logged in even if I switched devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work from my office as opposed to being on the road all the time. I also appreciate that it converts to my client's timezone automatically.

Sometimes I have to relog in, even if I was just in there.
