My go-to virtual conferencing space
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use even by people who are not at all tech savvy and is gaining more popularity every passing day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other platforms is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has eliminated the need for one to be physically present in order to foster collaboration in not only the corporate world but also in other arenas of life as well.

Connectivity of the meeting in the past was very bad but now it's much better.

very helpful for job interviews, and remote work, easy to use and, fast customer support when needed of course beacuse you can find most of the problems you expirience in the internet, easy to learn and has a lot of good features that make it ever more usefull and maybe make you to use it more frequently

sometimes despite the good internet connection me and the other line have, it experiences connectivity related problems

Private & easy to use for all levels of tech savviness

The calendar invitations are a bit wonky - sometimes they autoadjust to West Coast time; other times they work with iCalendar but not Google, or vice versa other times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our virtual team to meet weekly and touch base without having to physically meet in one physical location.
Easy to Install
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the go to meeting software for my company. We have a scheduled stand up 3 times a week plus any other meetings that need to take place. It was easy to download and install, and the raise hand feature is a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most helpful features of zoom, the raise hand feature is also one of the worst. Zoom implemented an auto lower feature when you talk. This is irritating as often prior to your "turn" there is small talk that takes place in the meeting at the beginning. It would be nice to have an option to turn off the auto lower feature. The other irritating feature is the auto download of new zoom packages. Often I'll be trying to get into a work meeting just to have to install the latest zoom update.

The limits when you aren't on premium are tough to take

Rather than traveling for face to face meetings, we meet virtually.

Any app that can save you time and help you accomplish your task is a positive

I don’t have anything negative to say about Zoom as it is always worked for me.

Sometimes Locations can get in the way, and an online platform like Zoom can help

Very easy to connect via either web or app. And has various premium features that can be used during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
App and web updates will occur quite randomly, and often right before a call. The app seemingly only checks for updates when the app is loaded, which typically only occurs when I am joining a call. This has caused me to be late to calls a number of times in the past.

Allows the team to easily connect even when working remotely.
