Very intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We have weekly meetings with our sales team and the set-up and execution are simple. We have had no issues with connecting beforehand or staying on board during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, Zoom really is the best technology for our meetings. We like to share things visually and of course see the others to make sure they're understanding, etc. There's nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand through news reports that some people have had "imposters" in their meetings, but we've had zero security issues. The weekly meetings and being able to meet without having to take the time to go to a specific location has helped tremendously with efficiency and our bottom line.
A great resource for churches and families
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. The sound quality is good and so is the picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to load the app and then figure out how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really saved our church during the pandemic. We were able to find a way to connect with one another and still remain physically separate. We still use it today.
Connecting beyond the Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
It has supported me during the pandemic to continue to do my job seamlessly when work from home was mandatory. However, even as the pandemic has eased, I still use zoom a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom fatigue is a real thing. It is hard using zoom for certain types of meetings or if used too frequently. Having to attend full day webinars or conferences on zoom is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can work a hybrid model and work from home some days because zoom allows me to stay connected to anyone. We also have multiple sites all over the city that used to require travel but now zoom can step in as a solution.
Zoom is Reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to connect with people all over the world. I appreciate the breakout rooms, whiteboard and reaction features. I also love that people use the chat out of respect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom works well for both conferences and webinars. I don't have any real dislikes except that its usage reminds me that we're still in a pandemic and that we need to be creative about connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convenience of being able to meet with my clients from all over and still drive business is the largest priority. Zoom offers simple solutions for the in-person divide we've been experiencing.

Video clarity is pretty good. Usually if the video is not clear disabling HD usually does the trick.

The audio quality can be better. I have tested other solutions with the same hardware and it seems the audio quality with Zoom is a little inferior.

Zoom helps us in this new remote world. It helps us seem less my collaborate across the country and times zones.
Quick and easy - simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Zoom since the beginning of the pandemic to help host online webinars and we chose to use this platform because it was one of the easiest to just plug and play. The user experience was straightforward and very intuitive to navigate what you need. It was easy to set up a webinar in moments with all the details and some simple customizable features. We didn't have to worry about the client experience because it was very easy for someone to just join. We didn't spend time on the whole account setup and we could focus on the content of our webinars and meetings.
Additionally, it's great that the sessions can be recorded, saved, and downloaded later.

What do you dislike about the product?
The features could be too limiting at times. We wanted some fully customizable branded pages for our webinars. The pricing plan wasn't flexible enough to meet our needs. Our webinars ranged from a few dozen focused sessions or up to almost multiple hundreds of registrants. The more we used Zoom the more we would like more customization options but it wasn't 100% necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects us with our clients and potential customers navigating through a pandemic. It's the fastest way to create video content with meaningful interactions.

I love how easy zoom makes it to meet with colleagues without having to deal with commuting back and forth. It's a great tool to make conversations easier between colleagues or far-flung friends.

I don't love how virtual backgrounds are sometimes not so well done.

Zoom makes it easy to connect with the other members of the team.
My business relies on Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible for me to meet, face-to-face, with my clients, which is always preferred over telephone meetings. I am an editor, so being able to share my screen to review manuscripts is critical. We no longer have to rely on sending confidential or copyrighted documents through email for review. Zoom truly is the next best thing to being there. During a pandemic, Zoom has (literally) proven to be a lifesaver - and a business saver, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike about using Zoom. It provides what I need to effectively conduct my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of sharing copyrighted material through email. It obviously solves the problem of in-person meetings when it is unsafe (COVID-19). My business has increased with the use of Zoom meetings. I use Zoom several times a week and I cannot imagine conducting business without Zoom now.

The calendar integration with outlook makes creating meetings much easier.

Zoom for Television interviews
What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile in using the platform for use with my television interviews as well as hosting meetings and seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have difficulties sometimes arranging meetings for future times with the right codes and then I sometimes don't log in correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a platform to conduct my interviews with people around the country and world without having to be in person or pay for studio time. Plus the show is predominately complete when I'm done with the interview with limited editting.
