Dependable and accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I like that not only is zoom easy to use and easy to manage. I like that zoom is everywhere. Everyone I know has a zoom account, and unlike other platforms, you can count on everyone knowing how to use them and having access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about zoom. I think extending the time on the free version if someone in the meeting has a paid version would be nice. I also think emphasizing and improving the team communication features would help sell it even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was there during the pandemic for school and work. there would be days that I was so thankful for the portability and accessibility of zoom because I would need to be on a call and walk my dog or cook dinner, and I could do all of that with how portable zoom is.
Good technology but lacking customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - it is user-friendly, and intuitive, and its popularity ensures that most participants already know the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously had a technical issue where I was logged out of my account and all my account information disappeared. When that happened, I was no longer considered a paid subscriber with priority access to customer service. I spent the next 2 weeks going back and forth over email with the techs in a completely different time zone. Ultimately, no one could figure out what went wrong and I had to create another account and set-up all my meetings again. The experience was very disappointing and I felt like there was no sense of urgency on Zoom's part to resolve the problem as my business was impacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to connect and teach classes online, to reach people from all over the world.
Simple to use and effective

Zoom is a simple base program that most individuals can easily manage and work with as many places use it. The chat setup is simple for mass and single

connection speeds can impact the entire room, there seems to be a disconnect and buffer

It allows me to coach virtually instead of the phone allowing the body and vocal recognition
Necessity for business and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for my business before the pandemic and now it's become even more of a necessity in today's day and age. Zoom is easy to use and it has many tools that make it useful for all types of online gatherings. I particularly like being able to create break-out rooms and use the transcription function. I also love that it seamlessly integrates with my Google calendar and Acuity Scheduling by automatically creating meeting links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is great, but once in a while, I'll get Zoom/screen fatigue from too many virtual meetings and gatherings. In those cases, I revert back to only scheduling meetings on Zoom if necessary and scheduling most other things in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has become an easy way for me to connect and network with other people. I can save a lot of time on travel, along with being generally more efficient with time with virtual meetings. It is also a great way to connect to people all over the world.
Easy To Use as 1-2-3
What do you like best about the product?
It saves my meetings so that I can easily join. The interface during the meeting is well laid out and easy to use. I like the fact that i can chat privately during a meeting as long as the meeting owner allows it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced thus far is that it seems to use a lot of bandwidth and it is not always easy to copy the chat notes. This may be related to the meeting owner settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with client and friends all over the world with ease. Seeing them face to face is much more effective than using a phone or audio device. I have been using it to meet with my coach for the past two years.
Reliable, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom's integrations because they make it really seamless to communicate, especially since I work remotely full-time. Compared to other platforms I've tried out, Zoom also seems more reliable. Honestly, I also appreciate the video filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some experiences with bugs. The most frustrating one has been an inability to use the transcript feature. It was something that my IT department couldn't figure out, and Zoom support never fixed for me either. I ended up leaving that company and have a new account so it's no longer an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it simple to communicate face-to-face while working remotely.
Zoom powers all of my meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and very intuitive, features are clearly labeled and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend it for any business conducting digital meetings. I have experience using a variety of platforms (Teams, Google Meet to name a few) and would choose Zoom over these competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble connecting my Zoom throughout all my Google Gmail accounts but I was still able to figure this out. Nothing I dislike enough to switch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issues of maximizing my time during the day by providing my business a reliable platform to host business meetings instead of driving to meet in person. It allows more flexibility for business reach because working with clients in other areas or states is less of a challenge with the face to face feature that Zoom provides.
Excellent for podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up and changing meeting times. As a podcaster, I also enjoy being able to use original audio, which gives me great audio for my show while still being able to see my guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the computer storage accounts to be able to store both sides of the video call. As of now, that feature is only available with the cloud storage plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me conduct podcast interviews with guests from all over the country. I can easily send them links to conduct the interviews and the audio quality is great (depending on their microphones).
Zoom is GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with Zoom is great! We really like the one click join option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use with Zoom is great! Our team uses Zoom on a daily basis for both internal and external calls. Setting up a call takes seconds and I love that we are able to have unlimited participants and also be able to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Google for our video calls and would have terrible connections. Ever since we switched over to Zoom we haven't had one call drop!
The Meeting Place of the Future
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible to carry on business virtually without having to be in a physical office. It can accommodate more people for a meeting than many conference rooms and people can be just as productive. It also allows for the sharing of content such as presentations and documents that every meeting attendee can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike other than a person being dropped from a meeting due to connectivity issues (internet, etc.)

Zoom is solving the problem of teams not being productive due to members being in different geographical locations.
