Easy and Reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use even for non-tech savvy folk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend features are a little difficult to change on my account, but I eventually find them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work is simple! And remote board meetings are the best!

Super easy to use for work and connecting with teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do view and screenshare, it's quick and easy to get your team on the same page
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is when I join via mobile it automatically turns my camera on but when I do on laptop, it doesnt. I'd prefer it to work the same so I'm not panic shutting off the video on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration amongst the company and multiple teams. Also storing copies of conversations with customers or training.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to communicate face to face without travel. I conduct sales meetings, training, and coaching via zoom. I like how simple it is to use, and how you can scale up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive. For the ability to have 500 zoom participants, I pay a lot of money, compared to the basic 100 or fewer licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom meetings reduce the need for travel and increases intimacy when meeting with people. It has amplified the impact of training and consulting
Zoom has been a wonderful product to keep my team feeling like we aren't remote.
What do you like best about the product?
The recording quality is far superior to everything else we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sharing music with people on the call without giving everyone their own individual volume controls.

Just being able to connect with our remote team without having to track them down.
Zoom always seems to be up and just so simple
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple easy to use interface. Features that allow you to personalize the look. Avatars, emojis etc
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really. Possibly cost is high compared to other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to travel to prospects offices and the video piece is so much better than just real king to a prospect on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easier to meet clients without location restrictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not restricted to time constraints having to travel to different meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
First is the ability to connect and communicate with anyone in the world. Second is the ease in which you can interact, share screens and resources for absolute engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one that has impaired or interrupted my ability to connect or deliver services.

Easily create the ability to communicate, engage, and deliver value to prospects, clients and colleagues.

Nothing. I find it easy to use and it is nearly universally used so easy to connect with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working collaboratively with remote workers is solved for the most part with Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is how simple and easy it is. Connectivity and download is fast and the audio and camera qualities are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app for your laptop doesn't allow you to see if there are any scheduled meetings for any recurring meetings. You have to go to the website to check availability to ensure there is no overlap and that can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with Zoom that is being solved.
Great software. So easy to use!

The auto recording of meetings is a big time saver for me. Also enjoy the virtual backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pro product came with more than 100 attendees and more than 5G of storage. The next levels are too expensive.

Allowing people to get together remotely while not feeling like they are apart.
