Sometimes Zoom Workplace can get overwhelming with too many notifications and meeting pop-ups.

Zoom Workplace is powerful, but I’d love to see more robust and customizable integrations with enterprise tools, and finer control over cross-feature notifications to minimize distractions.”

It has to be like Google meet, flexible and ease of implementation with any internet connections.

We have our All hands on Zoom every now and then and it has the coverage for a larger audience and screen presence.

The platform also helps reduce travel costs and time by allowing virtual meetings, which increases overall productivity. Additionally, features like file sharing, chat, and integrated scheduling streamline our workflow and keep everyone connected in real time.

It is easy to use, It can be easily implemented, It has good customer support, Can be used daily, Lots of additional features like games in breakout rooms, can be integrated to other apps easily.

The Zoom ai transcription feature needs to be improved, it should have more accurate features.

Zoom workplace is solving our day to day meeting needs virtually, it is of great help for us, since we can manage everything remotely.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliability and ease of use for virtual meetings and collaboration. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and integrated chat make it easy to host everything from quick check-ins to large webinars. The addition of tools like Zoom Whiteboard and Zoom Scheduler has also made it more of an all-in-one workspace, supporting team collaboration beyond just meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that while it’s great for meetings, managing settings and integrations across large teams can feel clunky and time-consuming, especially when trying to standardize security or permissions. The interface, though functional, can feel a bit dated compared to some newer collaboration platforms, and switching between features like chat, whiteboard, and meetings isn’t always as seamless as it could be. Additionally, it can get expensive as you scale or add on advanced features, which may require careful cost management.

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of keeping teams connected and collaborative, no matter where they’re located. It makes it easy to host reliable, high-quality virtual meetings, webinars, and training sessions, helping to bridge the gap between remote and in-office teams. The platform also supports better engagement with features like breakout rooms, polls, and whiteboards, which encourage participation and idea-sharing. This has benefited us by improving communication, reducing travel costs, and enabling more flexible work, all while maintaining productivity and connection across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom. I work 3 jobs and I use it for each one. I really enjoy using it to tutor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags, but overall I like it. No major issues .

I can tutor kids all across the world and it’s very rewarding
