Very simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It makes interacting with a hybrid workforce much more doable. Before we were having to play phone tag and now we all just hop on a zoom call.
What do you dislike about the product?
It opens up too many windows. I would rather it just open up in my browser.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use. You can connect it directly to outlook and send off a meeting invite. The ease of integration is the main reason I love zoom!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes really. I haven't had a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is that our market is huge, so I can't spend all day in a car driving to someone. Zoom calls are much easier and save us time.

From the first time I ever used zoom and didnt know anything about it it was very easy to navigate. I feel like it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes freezes or glitches when you are in a meeting and try to change views if you have many people in the meeting.

Its definitely making conducting business meeting very easy.

Provides various options for attending a meeting, uses low network while providing high clarity video.
It's friendly and all in one meeting creator
What do you like best about the product?
In Zoom workplace, I can explain my presentation slids easily, I can even write and highlight the sentence and pictures. I can easily share the videos without any additional changes in the settings. These features save my time and help me in seamless explaintion of my consepts to my participants.

Some times the audio video takes time to connect and it also takes lot of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to connect people who are not currently available in person and help to update them weekly by creating videos and presentations.
Simple meetings, perfect execution
What do you like best about the product?
its ability to easily schedule meetings whilst being able to have many features with in the call. Good quality and never really have problems with people joining meetings. And also, since everyone has zoom, it makes it easier to organise calls with my prospects.

Getting video call meetings with prospects in quick time. Time kills dals, so that helps solve that

Little slow it may take high speed internet

One of client having some ti edit a wordpress page but he is not comfortable to sharing the password so we can solve the problem without any issue due to screen sharing

As the name it has doesn't match the feature with the name of the video conferencing.

Updates are very frequent making it more annoying then useful.
