Zoom is an effective tool for video conferencing and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality on zoom is excellent. It allows easy screen sharing. I also like that you can record your sessions for later reference. I have used Google Meet, but I didn't find it as easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside (and it's small) is that having my own zoom account costs me money each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients no matter where they are located. It also allowed me to stay connected with clients during the pandemic.

Adjust the quality of image, lighting, change background easily. Can access on swati and mobile device. Great video quality. Love screen share

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to remotely reach clients from comfort of my home or while on vacation. Has completely transformed how I consult with patients. Now I only go into office 2x a month!!!
Excellent solution for attorneys and mediators
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that makes Zoom stand out from its competitors is the availability and ease of use of the breakout rooms. As a trial lawyer, I appreciate using Zoom for depositions and court hearings to increase efficiency and reduce travel time. But my favorite use is for mediation, where the Zoom Rooms feature mimics how we would structure the conference if we were in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint about Zoom is the distractions that can be caused by poot connections. I have noticed this the most when participants are overseas, or occasionally when using a mobile device while actually in motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made my practice tremendously more efficient. I work primarily on contingency fees and rarely on hourly charges, so it is in my best interest to minimize time and expense for any given activity. Zoom saves me hundred of hours per year in travel time and significant overhead costs for travel.
Early Fan of Zoom During Covid - Still There Now
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Zoom early because of its ease of use, and the technology keeps getting better. Zoom has been an essential resource to my business.

Hard to find something I dislike about Zoom, which is why I chose it over other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid, we needed to find a way to communicate with our clients and colleagues in a way that was easy, efficient and without hassle. Zoom was the option that accomplished all of that, and kept us up-and-running without a hitch. Today, it's equally as important, and remains our top tool for staying connected with people.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom call is simple and easy to use. The controls are simple and easy to understand. When I introduce new users they are usually able to utilize the platform quickly and without much instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the Zoom call locks up and/or does not display the viewing window completely. Sometimes the system locks up without showing your screen and you aren't aware because the software shows the green box indicating you are sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as a consultant to communicate with clients throughout the US and all over the world. Additionally, I use Zoom to host a Bible study amongst women throughout the use.
Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use, both as an administrator and for the participants. I like being able to share my screen, allow another person to share their screen, and record the Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like. Having used other platforms, Zoom is by far the best for my needs.

It allows me to connect with both business associates and family across the country and around the world.
Great communication facility
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Much more stable and flexible than Skype. Nowhere near as data hungry as Teams

Not really anything to dislike, although the 40 minutes limitation on calls with more than two people is a bit irritating

Zoom solves having to get all participants in a meeting who want to see each other as well as talk to each other and share documents having to be in the same place

Upgrading issues that some less computer savvy folks experience preclude them from signing in easily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the height of the pandemic, Zoom enabled us to connect with our members and provide them with quality programming and interaction with one another. Post pandemic, we continue to provide hybrid classes - something we did not have before (it was all in person).
Easy to use tool for scheduling group video calls
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a brand name, and that goes a long way in terms of trust and security. The company was slammed with growth fueled by the pandemic, which ultimately put it in a great position to quickly tackle must have compliance and security features quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better calendar syncing tools. I want to be able to change an invite and have it automatically notify all participants without going back to my calendar. I also wish there were tools for selecting which timezones display. While it's a small annoyance, I regularly put meetings in client timezones and have to scroll through 20 zones between Los Angeles Pacific and New York Eastern Time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom excels at efficient high quality meetings, and is particularly leaps and bounds more efficient and full-featured than it's enterprise counterpart, Webex. People generally understand how to use it and already have it installed, and that makes things go smoothly.
Better Inclusiveness for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Because of Zoom, we are able to incorporate more of our Board of Directors with the virtual options for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing about Zoom we dislike. Sometimes there are connectivity issues but that is because of our internet as well.
