What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes communication very easier. The app is very freindly to use and we can easily schedule our meetings. We can share our screen and chat makes the apps very handy and super
What do you dislike about the product?
Recording is not available to record the meeting session. It's very difficult to understand who is talking while using mobile application. The audio option is not default, we often have to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me to conduct interview online, arrange meetings with the client and stakeholders during pandemic. As zoom can be easily integrated with outlook , scheduling meeting becomes very handy

Making social interactions personable while virtual
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love the interface of Zoom! I've used the software in both work and educational setting for meetings, class, trainings, and even social hangouts. I think Zoom provides better video quality and features as compared to Skype or Google Meets. As a host, there's a lot of controls available as well. Some of my favorite are the mute all control, whiteboard activity option, and share screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't realize that free Zoom's cap at 40 minutes until I kept getting kicked out of my calls. Makes sense because every business needs a way to make money, but definitely a bit inconvenient when my account is on the freemium at my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a fully remote worker, so Zoom allows me to do my job. The option of remote work has been a game changer, and with Zoom I do still feel like I have the social interaction benefits of in-person work.
Zoom is an excellent, user-friendly and efficient video conferencing platform in the online world.
What do you like best about the product?
There are excellent features in the chat section, where we can send messages to a particular person without disturbing others present in a meeting. Further, the use of emojis in the platform helps us to convey our feelings in an instant. The option of pinning a participant also helps during large meetings, which helps to follow the contents shared by them in the meeting, for example. the teachers in a class. This is particularly useful since the viewing panel changes depending on the active speaker in the meeting. The screen sharing is also quite efficient, with no reduction in picture quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sent messages cannot be deleted, particularly when they are sent by mistake. This causes inconvenience to all the other participants present in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is particularly useful in interacting with different persons in the online mode, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic times when social distancing becomes a particular liability. It is useful in sharing our ideas with anybody from the comfort of our home. In these times, this platform mitigates the problems faced in the absence of in-person communication to a great extent.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is simple to use, whether you're using a PC or a phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any disadvantages in using the application. The most annoying thing to me is how difficult it is to ensure data protection. Since the beginning of the year, there has been a lot of criticism about Zoom providing third parties with data without permission, as well as monitoring participants' attention without prior permission, which has been deemed an invasion of privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting connections allow you to participate in conferences. Chat, document sharing, and whiteboarding are just a few of the available features.

Zoom app is helpful in connecting to team mates for meeting and training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has little noise issues while a person is speaking.......others have to keep their speakers on mute ....which in turn is little difficult to interact .....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are working on those aspects of voice clarity and ditusrbances from others....
Not so efficient for a slow network speed!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom rooms and Zoom webinar feature. Rest all features are same as other video conferencing tools. But the best thing was the phone feature. Less data consumption yet you have the facility to have the discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps on getting logged out once in a while. They are yet to fix this issue since the pandemic. But uninstalling and reinstalling it fixed the issue. They still need improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is solving the problems of HR peoples. Sometimes they have to schedule a face to face interview and for security purpose they prefer Zoom for the scheduling.
Best application for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and has a very simple user interface. All the functionalities like virtual backgrounds, screen sharing, etc. work very smoothly and there is very little disturbance. Zoom offers a seamless integration with existing office tools, enhancing real-time collaboration with its intuitive interface. Its robust features support frequent use and ensure easy implementation across teams, fostering a connected and productive work environment, even remotely. Also, customer support is fast to respond at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the number of participants in both - the free as well as the paid version of the application. While it supports several features and low connectivity, it sometimes faces issues and the video lags or faces disturbances.

Zoom Workplace is making business meetings and working very convenient. It is solving the problems of communication in a virtual work environment and increasing the productivity of people. Zoom Workplace effectively tackles the challenges of remote team communication and project management. By facilitating easy-to-use video conferencing and collaborative tools, it enhances team productivity and connectivity, which are crucial in hybrid work settings.
Most grossing app for meeting but not sure about privacy
What do you like best about the product?
i think This is the first meeting app which was got popular and still it is. Their meetings are easy to join and both mobile and desktop versions' UI good but improvement can be done as sometimes we lost to find the right tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
This uses paid inputs to get recording i think more than 1 hour so either reduce charge or extend time. UI should improve bcz I lost one time when searching right option. I couldn't find the transcript option for other language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Short meeting can be organised on this and everyone can use this without hassle. This app is stable so didn't face any connection issue while using then other apps.
Zoom: The Modern Day Video App
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because the user interface is incredibly easy to use that even my 81-year-old grandmother knows how to use it. In my opinion, it is the easiest and has the best user interface compared to other video calling apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom on numerous systems (Mac OS, iOS, and Windows) and I had the most difficult time using it with a computer system that is not updated because some features are not available. For instance, I have a 5-year-old Macbook and it needs a green screen to use with the background because I end up meshing with the background (the background ends up being on my skin). The worst part is needing to update your systems quite often because of this feature. I also do not like how you cannot have backgrounds on your iPad (I have a 2021 iPad and have not updated it so I do not know if you can do it now).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pandemic happened almost instantly and I remember the day they canceled classes at my university. I had a presentation that afternoon and we immediately used Zoom to solve the problem. Another problem is being able to meet in a professional setting because some video calling apps did not have the features Zoom did (and now they do) because Zoom is a pioneer for video messaging.

ZOOM can be connected to our SSO solution ensuring a safe connection with our video conferencing services.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to dislike. In the beginning, there were some "security' issues, however, ZOOM solved that pretty quickly. During the pandemic, we experienced minor disturbances in video and audio quality. Those times are long gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an easy-to-use and safe video conferencing system that we could use both internally and externally. ZOOM fulfils these wishes. We notice for external video conferencing we use a tool from a competitor. Internal to communicate with our employee's ZOOM is used more often.
