Streamlined solution for remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive and offers an excellent UX. It's a cross-platform application with wide support for multiple OS, allowing you to use the application on computers, phones, tablets, etc. So, regardless of your whereabouts, you can use Zoom to call and meet people face-to-face seamlessly. It's pretty lightweight to run, allowing seamless screen-sharing, presenting, and integration with other apps without causing any lag or disruption to meetings. Its bandwidth usage is low compared to other video conferencing apps, so even on low-speed connections, you won't feel a difference. I prefer Zoom over other means of communication on mobile for the aforementioned data-saving reasons in addition to low battery consumption. I've been able to stay connected in meetings for hours without my phone heating up or battery being drained quickly as Zoom is well optimized to support devices old and new.

We're also able to conduct webinars and stream them on social media websites such as our company's Facebook page. Zoom allows us to connect and interact with our customers and aspiring interns easier through webinars, where they can send in questions during our QnA sessions using the hand-raise tool and survey forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom lacks a lower-priced feature to allow calls to phone numbers. Skype has a subscription-based service where you can pay a fixed fee to have unlimited calls. For Zoom, on the other hand, you're required to pay for a yearly Zoom Pro subscription, which is more expensive and not cost-efficient for those who only want international calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Zoom for over five years to communicate with overseas clients regarding projects and software engineering services that they buy from us. When meeting them physically isn't feasible, Zoom has been there to bridge the gap and connect us virtually face-to-face to discuss matters. We can easily eSign documents and share them using Zoom, screen-share alpha and beta tests, have presentation webinars with a broader audience and investors to showcase what our team has been working on, etc.
Zoom has also been a savior during the pandemic when we had to shut our office down and work at home instead. We've created rooms and groups for our organization for us to go on with our daily work and have every staff member on board for any quick chats or in-depth meetings. We've been able to successfully operate our business and complete projects on due dates without being slowed down despite the physical gap among us. My team and I religiously use screen-sharing as our primary tool for staying on the same page concerning assignment goals and software testing. For quick file transfer that can be done without Dropbox, we use Zoom to send docs and code files in C++. All-in-all, Zoom has provided many benefits in working at home as there's less need to move around to communicate.

Best Online Meeting App
What do you like best about the product?
Having the opportunity to hold conversations with our coworkers and invited individuals is terrific, and utilizing it for webinars has been fantastic. The greatest thing about Zoom is that they provide capabilities at reasonable costs. The UI is simple to grasp, and using the tools has become second nature. Another key feature that I appreciated was the ability to join meetings as a guest without signing in to your accounts, whilst the finest software for basic purposes is available.
Overall, in my previous work, I utilized Microsoft Teams and Skype, and I feel Zoom is far superior. In Zoom, I enjoy how you can run surveys, call people into breakout rooms, and change the background to anything you want. I also don't have many glitches or troubles when utilizing the platform. Everyone on our team/in our firm adores it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least I like about Zoom is that you have to re-enter the conference if you have an issue when screen sharing, which used to cure the problem but is now really aggravating. The rest of the process went smoothly, however they cannot guarantee the video quality they provide when the number of customers increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given that everyone currently works remotely, Zoom is crucial for getting the firm aligned and everyone able to work together. It's critical to our business that everyone can work remotely.
Zoom great tool to leverage Digital Marketing Plans
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a easy-to-use tool. Zoom has all the features I need to deliver an excellent digital experience for our customers and prospects. The webinar session is the best feature and the statistics module.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options on the webinars sessions like be able to open cameras or mics so we get more live interactions with our customers/prospects or partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me deliver the company message to new markets even where we don't have a physical presence or partners. Helps me train partners across the region. Helps me save time on the follow-up of new leads thanks to the automated integration with salesforce.
The foundation for our switch to virtual during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
From the start, Zoom has been easy to learn and use, and has consistently fit our needs for our day-to-day meetings and programs. Additionally, the troubleshooting resources are great and the team at Zoom is constantly updating the platform to improve on and add features. Zoom also integrates well with several other platforms/resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can use a lot of bandwidth and also can dominate your screen during a program. As someone who needs to monitor programs passively, it can be difficult to do other work without worrying that I'm accidentally going to change something or interrupt the meeting with a misclick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to have a fairly smooth transition into the virtual world when the pandemic hit and has since allowed us to provide top-quality virtual and hybrid programming.
Our business wouldn't run were it not for Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so simple to use, the interface is pretty user-friendly, and it just works. Even on internet connections that are not the best, the connection stays pretty stable. I do love the video touch-up feature as well. The ability to seamlessly switch between phone and desktop for the same user is really next level as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. The only possible negative is the fact that there is not much storage available, and so if I've been very busy with calls and recordings, I often run out of storage. The jump from very limited storage to better storage is quite a financial leap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped our business grow in 2020 and helped to keep both the team and my community, in contact over the severe lockdown periods. Zoom is also one of the reasons that I can run an international company from a little South African city. Connecting with my dispersed team, my worldwide clients and even international family has helped to keep my world connected, even while working from home.
Zoom is very easy to use and legible.

It is also very useful that I can schedule the meeting via outlook calendar and afterwards to add the zoom link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think is anything I dislike for the time being.

I can organize my meetings very easy and keep the track of them, also the fact that we can record a meeting is a huge benefit.
Best e-meet software
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for quite some time now and I have to say it is one of the best online meeting tool I have used. It is simple to operate, simple dashboard and instructions let you schedule your meeting within seconds! It has a lot of integrations but I particularly use it with Calendly & Gmail Calender to keep things simple.
I haven't faced any issues ever and it works on my computer and my smartphone as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I think the tool could be made more user friendly. Like for instance, you can find a tone of settings which is a good thing but it can confuse people on what they should & shouldn't select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think zoom is trying to make more of free meeting time available to those people who haven't yet purchased a paid subscription of this product. I think currently it is up to 45 minutes of free meeting available to people with free account.
Works well for gathering large groups of people online
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Zoom is to use. I like that most of the time it has pretty good quality in terms of being able to talk to other people through a facetime type feature,
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of sound when someone shares a video on their shared screen is pretty bad, wish this could be improved. I also wish that screen sharing would just work better in general. It seems kind of glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of having to go somewhere with a large group of people and possibly getting sick. It was great when Covid was surging. It was nice to have a platform where we could all still talk to each other and it was nice to be able to do school from home.

Having a waiting room. I would like to be able to chose whether I have one or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom let's you setup video conferencing room and also can have privacy settings to restrict users to join. Beside that also can share screen of device beside that it also restrict user from speaking by muting them
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom ever had security issue so which can be an result of safety issue. I hope they fixed it well and improve all the flaws of it. Also sometimes face server and network issue needs to be fixed
