Zoom- Best for online Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very good software. It helps me a lot to meet clients outside my country. It has very good features. We can also record in it. You can also easily share your screen. Many people can join at a time. That's a very good point. Its mobile application is also very helpful. You can easily connect from anywhere. It also has a very nice feature that we can mute and block someone anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security needs to be improved. Audio quality also needs better cornering. A disadvantage of this is that if there is even a minor problem in the network, it reconnects immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of this, my communication with external clients has improved. And because of this, I can easily take my online classes. I support using this software.

Video Conference
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect via mobile and desktop. There is no limitation on number of people want to join the call. Sharing presentation is much easier. Collaboration is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial bootup time is more. At time we don't know the call is started or not. Frequently the app is getting restarted which is highly frustrating. If we want to change the background is little hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was super helpful during the pandamic time, One of the best way to connect with my team and colloburate. I was able to record my meetings and shared it with our team for future reference.
The best tool to establish stable communication with colleagues and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works very well from computers, cell phones and tablets. It is an excellent platform to ensure stable communication through video conferencing, has excellent chat options, screen sharing, document sharing and more. I use it to hold meetings with my co-workers to debate, hold discussions, make presentations of slides, images, videos, etc., and collaborate efficiently. I also use it to attend and support clients remotely when the need arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of computer resources when run for videoconferencing, which could slow down other programs. Other than that there is nothing I dislike, it works well and provides everything needed for stable communication and efficient collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom has helped improve both internal and external communication in my organization, it is used by all staff and teams can stay in touch through its functions for everything from resource sharing to collaboration and remote support with each other. We have also leveraged it to communicate with our customers to provide care and support when the need arises.
Does what it says on the box
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use within minutes of installation. Zoom has a logical and very clear interface which allows users to become familiar with requisite functionality as they start to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind to be honest. It's just so well thought out that I have nothing to complain about or to suggest changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently work from home and need to liaise with colleagues around the world and so Zoom is the perfect tool to allow me to do this effectively.

Há alguns recursos que faltam no Zoom:
- Permitir o compartilhamento tela do host apenas com os panelist (mais concretamente, tradutores), sem que os attendees possam ver;
- Permitir que só os panelist tenham acesso ao vídeo do host, sem que os attendees possam ver;
- Permitir que, juntamente com o link de convite para um webinar, possa ser criado também um QR code;
- Embutir um leitor de QR code no Zoom para poder acessar webinar e reuniões por meio de um QR Code (sobretudo para Androids e IPhones e IPADs), e não apenas por um link da web;
- Acrescentar a opção de só aceitar participantes e palestrantes de uma determinada LAN, podendo escolher o IP Range das pessoas que entram no webinar (por exemplo, só permitir pessoas que tenham assignado do IP 10.4.7.1 até o IP 10.4.7.254)

Zoom is perfect tool for video conferences and meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides all the tools which are required for meetings and conferences. It's really makes you focus more on your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI looks a bit confusing, but I think it depends on the user to user. I sometimes gets confused in the options to join/share screen/ remove access etc.

Zoom is making life easier by providing a great way to have online meetings. It is equipped with all tools so that you can focus more on your meetings and be productive.
Best features and easy to use meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has, by far, the highest meeting capacity out of all the major video conferencing platforms. You can have 500 people on at a time in a Zoom call, and the system won’t skip a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
No resolution settings available and even different cameras has different resolution I don't like that no resolution settings available in the application.And also it might difficult for the new join user to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If zoom solve the UI and some settings like resolution selection, data saving mode, different orientation selection it will be very beneficial for user to enjoy the application.
Zoom - Better than MS Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The product is the very first name that come to mind whenever we think of connecting with someone virtually .. be it office meeting or meeting some friend virtually for coffee or chitchat time. The fearures the tool provides are really great, be it chatting options with thousands of emoji options or the different types of virtual background it provides, all are really amazing, and the best part is it works well even when the internet connection is not so good or a bit unstable. Additionally, joining any meetings even without signing in as a guest is what most peope wants to fo without ant hassle and zoom made it dream come true.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime found that tool bar which keeps on coming on the top centre of the screen with stop sharing and other features a bit irritating because it limits my ability to click on another google tab with mouse while on screen sharing. Proving option to readjust it or placing it somewhere else on the screen would be really appreciated

We are using it fot all our official meetings in our organisation and has been a great choice so far.
Simple solution to meet exact requirement
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily install the software without any guidelines, even the user can handle this installation. after creating the account user can easily arrange meetings and can do the configurations according. In the Organizational environment, administrators can manage the user accounts and have different methods to control end users' permission. By doing that administrators can manage the accounts according to the company IT Policies and guidelines. the other feature I'm interested in is the background for your video. WFH (Work From Home) this feature enables to hide disturbing backgrounds and can manage them professionally. Because when you switch on your video the background will reveal your place. This is sort of a privacy issue and can manage with background images. And the other thing is the cloud recording option which enables to record it in the zoom cloud for future usage, especially doing training sessions. Breakout rooms are very used full in special marketing or lecturing sessions. this enables to divide the audience into several groups and the host can do sessions individually for these groups. zoom isn't a bulky application compared to the other applications in the market, Another fascinating thing is, that we can attend a meeting without registration by using the Meeting ID and the passcode. From the meeting host person can admit, reject or move to Waiting Room at any time. If your company does not like MS teams but use office365 as the base application, Administrators can easily add zoom to default meeting via the office365 admin center and need to install the zoom plugin via the windows store. This feature allows any user to connect with meetings without a limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly there isn't any video resolution adjuster. we have only a few options to select (HD or not). most of the time users are using different types of cameras in different types of resolutions. In Asian countries like us, we have limited bandwidths of connections and sometimes signals are weaker in some areas. Due to that meetings cannot perform successfully. If there is an option to select different types of resolutions so we can easily manage them. The screen sharing option is good but sometimes when presenting large excel sheets, users may complain that it's not showing clearly and lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office365 user accounts are only given to the management teams, in critical situations like social distancing and fuel crisis, using The Zoom application, we can arrange meetings with other nonoffice365 users. This is the huge advantage we are taking from this. other than that, for some meetings we have to connect more than 100 users such things like system and process training. zoom is a good application for this kind of purpose. because we cannot limit the participants due to social and environmental situations in the country. once you recorded the video can shared with any person you like with an invitation.
