Zoom Fathom Combo
What do you like best about the product?
We already use zoom every day for client meetings so that helped us to use fathom as a plug-and-play option. High quality recordings and easy to use tools make it a great combo
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints as of now. Maybe it would be nice to have fathom buttons on zoom rather than a separate window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face-to-face client meetings with anyone, anywhere. Then combo that with the auto-recording and processing and you have a very useful solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait it's a great service and will greatly help the productivity of your business!

Zoom: the barebones but at least it works
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom. So much to say about Zoom. It blew up in popularity during the pandemic, but it was a video conferencing tool that was already in use way before that. Zoom has always been a fairly barebones, feature-desertic app, but this is in part its appeal: it's not like other apps of a similar purpose, such as Discord or Teams, which are usually much more resource-intensive, harder to use but also have many more features.
So Zoom has that advantage because it has so little in the way of features that it's very easy for most people to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is of course the lack of features. The interface is kinda clunky, and rigid, and Zoom lacks some of the most important features that other similar apps have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom resolves the problem of requiring an app to be able to talk to people on your Team remotely. This is quite obviously something that is pretty much a requirement for most businesses nowadays, to be able to do a meeting with your peers/workers/subordinates online.
Reuniones muy completas

Me gusta que no sólo puedes tener reuniones online, sino que puedes compartir pantalla y archivos con todos los asistenetes a la reunión.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lo que menos me gusta es que en reuniones grandes, con mas de 10 personas, va muy lento y se cuelga a menudo, es cierto que se recupera pronto, pero hace que las reuniones sean menos dinamicas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me da un plus de tiempo, llevo varios proyectos a la vez y tener que desplazarme para llegar a todas las reuniones, a veces es inviable para mi, el tiempo del transporte gracias a zoom lo puedo utilizar para rentabilizarlo mejor.

Que lo prueben y revisen tranquilamente todo el contenido y las posibilidades que tiene.
Gong integration with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely better than Teams. There are so many features that I don't see in Teams that I see on Zoom. The whiteboard option is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom does not ask if I want to join the conversation on mute and also turns on my video. There has to be an option for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super collaborative, offers a lot of functionality that Teams does not. Audio quality over Zoom is relatively better and clearer than Teams
Useful for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates with my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
, and gives meeting people all the information and links necessary. It shortens the process and makes it easier to organise meetings with potential clients, even the most technophobic client can use it as the steps are straightforward and easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more having to give details and hoping that the other person can find me online with my username. No more forgotten meetings. No problems with people needing to learn or download apps to use them.

During the pandemic, all our internal and client meetings were held on zoom only. We also had a seminar on zoom. Its the best and eat to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while sharing live on Facebook, it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our meetings, without zoom, we wonder how we were supposed to do meeting online. Thanks to zoom, we can change our background image and screen share is easy.
Great Video Conferencing/Chatting but a bit slow to deploy

Ease of deployment and link sharing. Easy to share meeting details with attendees and manage a enterprise account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment can be slow and integrations with other apps is not totally seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications. It's easy to deploy for a quick video conference or team meeting. Integrates will with Google Calendars for easy scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to learn full features and brows the integrations (Calendar, notetaking, etc., CRMs).
Zoom - Making virtual meets easier
What do you like best about the product?
When we work with clients, zoom provides nice quality video conferencing one to one, and many to many communication modes. Passing control of one machine to the other person over call is really great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call duration only 40 min. We need to take subscription for longer calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In COVID time, when people are working remotely, ZOOM is one of the nest available medium for team meetings.

If anyone looking for a good offordable, video confrencing platform, Zoom is the solution

Good graphics, easy to use, and also good connectivity in slow internet speed

For non-premium accounts, after every 45 minutes your meeting end and, you need to restart the meeting again

I like that zoom is easy to create an account with, meaning you don't have to share an office environment like Microsoft, to use and meet with someone.

Misses out on some of the features that you get with heavier, paid for meeting services.

If I have a meeting with someone who doesn't also use Teams, it's very simple for them to set up an account with Zoom and still continue with the meeting.
