Zoom the best online app
What do you like best about the product?
During Covid -19 we had all our meetings on Zoom the application was very nice, nice picture clearity ,nice sound quality , once subscribed can involve 100 participants at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually Zoom is the best solution but one the Administrator got log out due to any reason sometime admin position will get passed on to anyone even though we have co admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really teaches us that even though we are in our house we can have meeting with person sitting somewhere else.During training we connected trainers from Delhi ,Banglore and Nagpur for our participants of which who were also from different Districts and sometime from different state.

Best user friendly online meeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is able to accommodate 2000 people in one webinar. My company holds one for all employees every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get automatically dropped from the meeting at the end of meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hold program webinars on zoom for every program offered by our org every quarter. We are able to deliver information to participants in a tool that most of them already use.
Connecting peoples at free of cost
What do you like best about the product?
I wish I had started using Zoom from day one at my office. Before Zoom I was using Google Meets and I faced a lot of problems like recording, shared whiteboard etc. Now as I have switched to Zoom I find the following benefits of using it.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.
- Ability to record meetings directly to the cloud and links are shared automatically when recordings are saved.
- Share the screen while presenting and allow another side person to have remote access to your PC.
- Call a Room with a timer and when time is over it rejoins back to the original meeting automatically.
- Raise hands, show expression via emojis, mute/unmute anyone, share whiteboards, etc.
- Provides notification to 'dismiss' or 'snooze' the meeting.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.

What do you dislike about the product?
Besides many good points, I would like to point out below feature that needs improvement,
- When sharing the screen attendees don't have the option to annotate/point out via cursor on the shared screen.
- The update is a bit messy, it doesn't work smooth.
- When I schedule a meeting I didn't find the option to add attendees there. The meeting first gets imported then I have to edit the meeting to add persons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom to connect with my colleagues, and abroad team members remotely when I am doing work from home. I can clarify the requirements, and use cases for my projects easily by sharing a screen, showing a demo, and texts via whiteboard. We are using a paid version and hence we can add more than 100 employees during our town hall meetings. We are also helping to onboard freshers and taking interviews to hire new talent via Zoom.

This software has free version and paid version.
The free version has certain limited options, for example it allows connections of 45 minutes, however for short calls or conferences it is very useful.
The paid version has no time limit for conferences, it also allows you to create chat rooms.
It can be used from computers, cell phones and tablets, without presenting major problems.
Can be installed or used from the web.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you are using the mobile version, if you receive a call, even if you don't answer, the volume of the zoom app goes down and many times you have to exit the application and enter it again.

t is ideal for individuals, private and educational companies because it makes it easier to interact with people in different locations and organize work sessions, meetings and the performance of professional or academic work for those who, by habit or way of life, need more flexibility, more mobility and better communication.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have space on your device, be it mobile or computer, better download the application instead of using the web version.
Still the strongest and most effective tool to communicate in the new working environment.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe breakrooms are the most effective tool in Zoom, we use them mostly during our bible studies to encourage interactions and communication, its much easier to engage in smaller audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the pricing structure when you are still a small organization, I believe one of the greatest improvements would be to allow people to participate without having to have a client installed on their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped us integrate into the new way of conducting business, gatherings and others. We were terrified of the infrastructure we were going to need but Zoom showed us we needed none.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are at a stage where you can afford the service, its a no brainer. Otherwise, there are similar alternatives that could function for you!

Zoom is a great online conferencing tool for private teachers like me
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and has always been clean. It's quite simple and intuitive to use. And the calls are stable — I've never had any headaches when using zoom to teach my private lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to point out one thing I don't much like about Zoom is that the cloud storage space I have isn't enough for what I need. But I have a workaround — it takes longer for me to upload a video that I recorded locally, but it works, too.

I teach Portuguese lessons to students from all over the world. Most of my students are in the US and in China. And I have been able to use Zoom with both audiences seamlessly. It's also good that it integrates perfectly with my scheduling solution. It automatically creates safe links to be shared with students. And when it's time to attend the lesson, students just need to click the link they have been emailed before by the integration of acuity and zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a private teacher like me or a consultant who needs to be in touch with customers on a regular basis, do sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription with zoom. It's pretty cheap and it's an investment. If you have employees who need to use zoom, consider investing in a group subscription. In addition to removing limitations, signing up for a subscription gives you more control over your account. I've seen many private teachers complaining about the limitations that some has. They mentioned that Skype has no limitations. But Skype has a lot of problems, to the point it's unusable if you need to be 6 to 8 hours and for the computer fishing classes like me.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best conference call service in the market. It is offering the best video conferencing, large meeting space and optimal cloud storage. It is easy to use and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am very happy to use Zoom app and I have not found any downsides when using it. All features are working powerfully and efficiently. For any challenge incurred the support team is always ready to assist.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, you get the reports right away, also it's easy to integrate with your CRM for it facilitates the follow-up after each marketing activity

I'll prefer a better user interface on the registration pages, for example, more customized options for better-looking reg pages.
