Zoom, an Affirmation.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom turned out to be the right conferencing software at the right time. I found it to be intuitive to use and easy to work into the fabric of doing business, especially for those of us taking health precautions or remote working.
What do you dislike about the product?
As time has gone by, because of the Covid Virus experience, people have developed their preferences for other video conferencing software. So, now there are meeting requests for other brands of software. Yo have to begin re-learning how to operate the many other brands of software to have an effective meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An ability to become the leading software in its field. Its name has become synonymous like Zerox was to office copiers. Ease of use to stay in touch, communicate in a new fashion. Ability to bring colleagues together who maybe geographically separated to exchange ideas or brainstorm.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it's easy to use/user friendly. Setting up meetings is very simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are sharing your screen, there isn't a way to keep the chat on-screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to have virtual meetings when our clients are not local, which is often as we are involved with a lot of seasonal clientele.

What do you like best about the product?
Like many, I started using Zoom at the height of the pandemic. I found that the app improved as I, along with many others (classmates, professors, coworkers, and so on), continued using it. Zoom has everything a video-conferencing app *should* have: microphone/camera inputs, ability to screenshare, and large group conferencing. Within a month of regular usage, I became a pro. I'm using Zoom on a regular basis in my professional career. Every time we create a new or recurring meeting, I propose Zoom as "the most intuitive remote-video option."
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it isn't easy to tell whether someone is muted or not. While it has made for amusing pandemic-era blunders, I would love to see a clearer "UNMUTED/MUTED" indicator in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with the world, Zoom gave us a place to convene when we were unable to do so. If it weren't for Zoom, I wouldn't have completed my college education during the height of the pandemic. In my professional career, Zoom allows my local community to convene from anywhere. It's easy for us to hold web trainings, committee meetings, town halls, and important community events when many residents are on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access apps in one location – No jumping between apps for meetings, messaging, or files.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a slack user as well, Zoom’s chat is a bit basic, especially around integrations, and long-term collaboration

Being able to collab with my team using multiple apps and business products

What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic, we call all agree it was the most use used video call service. Once your internet connection was stale, the audio and camera quality were top notch. Depending on the Service Plan you could add up to 500 people
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace isn’t one hundred percent free but it was fair. For added features you would have to pay, which came with its disadvantages. After thirty minutes, we would be kicked from meetings; amongst other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is currently fixing service bugs within the platform, that cause video and audio delays. Amongst other things, it’s quite a big improvement

Helps with remote work
Zoom is the OG tool for a remote workforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use, and it's popular enough that everyone is familiar with it. People trust it. When a host needs to leave, it's easy to hand off to another person. When screen sharing or side-chatting, it's easy to use and hard to mess up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not extremely clear how to update your name, image, or camera prior to joining a call. When swapping between types of meetings, I'd like to update this beforehand. I've also had several instances where it required an update prior to joining a call. We should be able to put this off to prevent us from being late to meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an entirely remote workforce. Zoom isn't our primary method of meeting, but it's common. It allows us to hold meetings as if we're together, even when we aren't.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's user interface and algorithm is soo robust that it handles the online meeting so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Participants limit is too low for that much reputed platform.

Zoom workplace enable us to meet and discuss to boost the productivity along with providing fine talking experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Video conferencing and audio conferencing using Zoom are good. If we face any problems, its customer support is very good. It is a very easy-to-use application.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we don't have its subscription, then we can not use it for more than 40 minutes. I use it once a week. It's screen share consumes so much internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom comes with breakout rooms and AI also which makes very easy to doing multiple classes and assignments and AI makes work easy.
