Zoom is perfect for meeting with clients and students
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate, high quality vio, easy to change settings
What do you dislike about the product?
Drop outs in audio or video, registering for a meeting can be a pain in the butt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves communication with clients and allows me to run my online yoga classes.

Zoom is a fantastic, easy to use program suitable for business and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about zoom is the tech capabilities and features both for regular meetings and for their webinars. It's very user friendly and quite intuitive to use and overall is the best video call platform I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to share a video from a separate screen for it to play correctly for all viewers and not have the zoom menu options create a blank space on the video where they appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom's auto-caption feature has helped us be more accessible in our meetings, both internal and external or with the public, and this has complimented our pre-recorded presentations that have professional captions and ASL. Zoom also makes it quite easy to include an interpreter for an event and makes it easy to add people to the meeting in advance which saves time on separate tech support and overview meetings.
Zoom for personal and work use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty intuitive to use, and rarely crashes for me like similar programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Zoom now requires you to use a password to get into your meeting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with family members across the country and to have virtual sessions with my clients.

I like the interface which intuitive & the features.

Sometimes, it Can be a little bit complicated to find help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication isn't Always easy, zoom is easy to use and help to communicate.

Zoom is easy to setup, administer and use. It integrates well and flat out works with less hassle than other competing products.

Zoom offers faxing via 3rd party instead of having their own solution.

Zoom is solving for our traditional pbx replacement as well as video conferencing physical and virtual needs.

I have issues with the microphone a lot. It's always sensitive and i can't rely on that it might not work

I like how accessible zoom is and it is easy to navigate. It seems that everyone is able to access it and understand it, especially those who are not tech savvy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations regarding anonymity. Some people are not fond of making accounts, especially to networks that have video and mic access so that would be my only "hangup"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom seems to be client focused and promptly responds to issues that come up. They seem to be constantly improving and willing to adapt to address concerns, as well as staying innovative.

When other people aren't familiar with the mechanics. And perhaps having to reset my speakers when I have a mic

Having an archival ability in meetings for accountability.
Zoom helps communication stay effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule a meeting at any time with my team. I use this for 3-4 hour training sessions and it has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any technology there are hiccups, but I cannot think of anything particular to Zoom that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being benefitted by being able to train team members from multiple locations from either the comfort of their home or in multiple areas at once.
