Reliable and user friendly conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very interactive and user friendly . The closed captioned icons are easy to navigate . React with emojis options also helps to communicate better . The different views provided while a presenter is sharing content keeps the whole meeting organized . As a host you have control over the participants actions and thus can conduct a session in disciplined manner .
What do you dislike about the product?
Video Quality lacks in case of poor internet. The browser version doesn't have extended features and the meetings doesn't extend past the original duration . The virtual background feature is quite hidden and difficult to find for a first time user and number of backgrounds available are less and can be increased .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webinars are now conducted on zoom for the past two years , this made the transition from office to work from home pretty seamless . The integration of outlook with zoom also helps alot . The reminder helps not to miss a meeting . Sessions can be recorded for future references with ease . Zoom has allowed the organization to conduct its regular functions without disruptions .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it . As a business user zoom has solved alot of problems faced due to work from home scenario and to connect with onshore teams .

Choose Zoom than other meeting applications
What do you like best about the product?
I had been using Zoom, and Microsoft Teams as well. As a Trainer, I felt easy to use Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any attendance system while using Zoom. So there must be some roles for webinar presenters and attendees. There must be some easy-to-share documents while the webinar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the free version. So I do meetings with my clients and give short training to my students. Zoom gave me an opportunity to demonstrate my products to my clients. And train my students for free.
Simple, Easy, Strong collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Zoom in our Company with coworkers on a daily basis, simple I can make the meeting invitation and share it through email, massenger, WhatsApp, etc, or any IM tool and simply start the meeting with a very high-quality voice and video. from the beginning of the COVID pandemic, I rely on the video conferences tool I had used all the tools in the market but Zoom I think is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend Zoom to make a feature for a "KIDS MOOD". my kids starts using Zoom for the school sessions, while the screen is filled with a lot of buttons the kids cant focus a lot on the instructor so I just think if there a kids mode or simple mode with the lowest features and buttons for the kids it would be amazing. but actually nothing I dislike in Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said video conferences and collaboration tools become mandatory since the COVID pandemic starts. So to find a tool that fulfills all my requirements is very difficult.. but I found that in Zoom with simple price plans and powerful features and a famous application which is now installed almost in all phones, desktops, ...
In pandemic Time, Zoom led us to invade tough times virtually, And Now zoom is the new Normal.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple interface, anybody can use it. We can meet, record, create quizzes, chat. Perfect set of tools required for virtual meetings and webinars. Zoom is the winner because of its simplicity and reliability the user can adapt very easily. 0 down time of lag
What do you dislike about the product?
The registration system should have the option of Fee collection (and that too in Indian Rs). The authorisation system where only who have paid the fee should be allowed to participate. The invitation emails sent to participants and the reminders system could have been better .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting online meetings, webinars. It is very easy and time-saving to setup. We often conduct workshops and tutorials and practical training which we start in an instant. No lag and its efficient audio-video quality makes it feel as if we are talking in real.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is the future and the way to go. After using it we are totally dependent on zoom and think about how we have been doing it without zoom.
Best choice ever seen so far
What do you like best about the product?
Remote desk and app control for my client are the best. I work as a technical consultant. Most of the time It`s difficult to describe what is the right solution. Because several staffs is not enough trained on the technical side of the work. So I use remote support as a good option the meeting and virtual seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are too many details for admin users. New admin users can not fix how they wish to use zoom. Many of my clients use their zoom accounts. They want me to fix as how I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an individual IT consultancy business company. I support middle and small-size companies. They request me to solve their technical cases. I offered to use admin tools on zoom for more than four companies from my clients. They are happy to use the remote desk option from zoom so that I am focusing on the main case during the consulting my client
Great, if you can ignore privacy concerns
What do you like best about the product?
this has become the only software everyone uses so it has become the shorthand. screenshare/whiteboard is satisfatory. i think we're all used to the "Brady Bunch" layout right now. the big buttons are friendly and secret chat is great
What do you dislike about the product?
the 40 minute time limit is the worst, but it's doable. the worst feature is that after a meeting, if you download the recorded meeting, anyone can see the private direct messages. that's an unecesseracy feature.

I wish the whiteboard was interactive and could have multiple participants annotating the whiteboard. I aa more productive because all my students expect me to use zoom. it's the

What i dislike about Zoom is not a lot it's a pretty balanced tool it's a bit most of the things i disliked have been improved since covid, but they could do better i think on Higher HD video support

It's quick to set up and you can schedule meetings from the app or the website. You can use any calendar you're most familiar with for easy integration and scheduling. Zoom is one of the most versatile software you can get for meetings as its tools are beneficial to many fields and purposes of use. You can host meetings to conduct online classes, discuss and strategize procedures during work, convey messages and announcements, customer service calls, and collaborate on projects and docs. Zoom has some essential features such as fantastic audio and video in meetings with up to 50 screens at a time; collaboration tools in the form of screen sharing, whiteboarding, and file transfer; feedback tools such as message reactions, hand-raising, polls, surveys, forms, etc.; conference recording, after which you can save the video in the cloud or your computer; and streamlined conference rooms where you can discuss, conduct all your sessions in a single platform, and communicate across any device. What I love about recordings on Zoom is that it provides speech transcriptions or closed captions after the recording is complete, which you can also extract in text form. What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Business is very overpriced regionally. The USD price of the license for one year is $199.9, but for INR it is Rs. 18,000. The price is incredibly high because $199.9 in INR is only Rs. 15000. There's a 20% additional charge that doesn't seem in line with the global price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a vital part of my daily work needs. Anything I do starts with Zoom, where I can meet and connect with my colleagues and the team I lead. Our work is a vicious cycle of constant maintenance, software updation, responding to service queries, implementing new pull requests, and working on projects. Zoom is like the cable that connects my colleagues and me to all parts of our daily work as we use it avidly to have meetings and stay on the same page. The HD quality meetings help discuss and plan without any doubts stemming from audio issues or information not being fully conveyed. We can use the collaboration tools in screen sharing and whiteboarding to have productive conferences where we can annotate and pause the screen share to strategize effectively. Zoom allows us to take snapshots of the session from the built-in setting, which is automatically saved on our cloud for sharing or downloading. We can also take screenshots locally during screen sharing and presentations for personal recording purposes or referencing later on. File transfer on Zoom is efficient and you can use the business cloud storage for sharing files, where you get up to 3 TB each month. This vast amount of storage is also beneficial for recording meetings and Zoom Phone calls, which can take up a lot of space on the computer depending on the duration of the session.
Without Zoom, it'd be very challenging for me to lead my project team as we use Zoom for everything from communication, supervision, project discussions, and collaboration. I also work closely with interns and recruits, with whom I've been tasked with training and minor supervision, which I have to make reports of from each session. Zoom makes multitasking easier, allowing me to keep track of their work as well as my own with my team. Since we have automatic recording enabled for each session, it's easier to review them after work hours instead of in real-time, allowing us to take our ample time for the evaluation process.

I recommend Zoom and Zoom Pro if you're a small-scale business looking to host meetings and utilize the Zoom Cloud for file storage and recordings. Our company pays for the Zoom Business license, which offers more features such as transcription for meeting recordings and larger sessions. But keep in mind that Zoom's plans for India are quite overpriced compared to the US. So if you're looking to invest in Zoom, I recommend using the USD payment method to save reduce some costs.
Great way to meet with clients, but free plan has limits
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this makes it for me to meet with clients and prospects. I'm able to easily schedule and host video chats with people all over the world. As long as you have a solid internet connection, you're pretty much good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how easy this makes it for me to meet with clients and prospects. It's not without its occasional technical glitches, but for a free service, you get great value. One thing I dislike about the free version is that it limits you to only 40 minutes if you have more than one person on the call. This wouldn't be a problem for me since almost all of my calls are one-one, but for some reason, it counts the software I use to transcribe my calls (Grain) as a third person. Another technical issue I come across is that you can't do everything from the app that you can do on your desktop (for example, I can't figure out how to record from my computer and have it save to my Zoom account. I feel like that should be an option (rather than saving it to your device). I also can't figure out how to use the cool Zoom backgrounds other people use. But, again, considering I don't use the paid version, I can only complain so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always worked virtually, so this isn't solving the problem of having a way to meet remotely in the way it s for a lot of people. However, it has given me a trusted platform to hold calls with clients. Almost everyone is already familiar with Zoom, so I haven't had anyone feel weird about my process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to meet with multiple people, consider upgrading to the free version or you're going to have to either cut meetings short or ask everyone to hop back on once your 40 minutes runs out.

Il consomme énormenent de donnée internet et on ne peut pas recevoir d'autre appel lorqu'on est connecter avec un smartphone. Et aussi les androids on du mail à le mettre en arrière plan pour faire autre chose sur le téléphone.

Faire des réunions improviser sans même être sur place ou en étant en voyage. Discuter avec des personnes qui sont au bout étant à la maison avec juste une connection internet.
