What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation, customization, easy user adoption, and easy to integrate into modern IdPs
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is pricey and everything is licensed/SKU'd out so unless you're receiving immediate ROI it's going to be a cost of doing business

Zoom is solving our communication needs for a global company, allowing us to connect on video with colleagues and clients alike

Reliable and Seamless Communication with Zoom Workplace

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. Setting up meetings and inviting people is quick. The video and audio quality are usually great, and I like features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording. It works well even with large groups, and it saves a lot of time for remote communication.
It also integrates well with calendars, so it's easy to manage schedules. I really like the chat feature during meetings for quick notes or sharing links. Zoom mobile app also works smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection gets a bit unstable if the internet is slow. Also, some advanced features like webinars cost extra, which can be a bit expensive for small teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay connected with our team and clients when working remotely. Meetings are easy to join, and it saves time and travel.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom hub to connect all associates via call and video conference. Connecting colleagues from multiple sites is much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live support is pretty slow. All support is navigated to an online dashboard. Larning can be difficult when having to troubleshoot yourself and not being familiar with the admin console and the navigating the Zoom app for mobile and desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications in network, externally (parents, agencies, consultants, counselors, etc.). Zoom has also optimized our cost for communications in a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has grown into more than just a video conferencing tool—it's become a solid all-in-one collaboration platform for hybrid and remote teams. The transition from “just Zoom” to a broader workplace suite has brought useful tools like team chat, whiteboards, and scheduling features under one roof, which helps streamline daily workflows.

The video and audio quality remain excellent, even on lower bandwidth, which is a huge plus. The chat functionality has improved a lot and now competes more directly with Slack or Teams. I also appreciate the integrations with Google and Microsoft calendars, which make scheduling and joining meetings pretty seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, it's not perfect. Some features—like whiteboarding or the AI Companion tools—feel like they’re still evolving. And depending on your setup, there can be a learning curve or occasional glitches. But overall, Zoom Workplace is a dependable, user-friendly platform that keeps improving. For teams looking for a cohesive virtual office experience, it’s a strong contender.

By syncing calendars with room availability, hosts can easily schedule and update visitor appointments while providing guests with clear instructions and seamless access. Real-time visibility and chat tools help staff stay informed and respond quickly to changes, and the integration enhances both security and professionalism. Overall, Zoom Workplace creates a smoother, more organized experience for everyone involved in managing or welcoming visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how all the communications are bundled together. From Zoom meetings, to creating calendar events to file sharing and chatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't update the software often, it's really slow and buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication on a grand scale. I love that we can hop into meetings instantly.

How easy it is to manage from the technical point of view.

How fast it changes. By the time you learn about the new version, a newer one is release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solve our problems about video conferencing in general, this was an issue for us in the past because the other solutions needed to much resources to be able to work properly.
