Zoom allows a convenient and easy way to schedule virtual meetings with colleagues and allows several tools to enhance the experience.

Easier integration into outlook would be a good benefit.

It allows an easy way to meet with colleagues across the University without having to travel around campus to meet.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a main and easy way to connect with the people and also we can connect with people where ever we are.

sometimes we cant able to text to the candidate because of some technical issue. other than that zoom is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main work is with zoom only so I connect with various people and solving so many problems via zoom and it benefiting our releationship better with people

Nothing as such because whenever I have used zoom my experience is always good

The easy to use, and the fast way to deliver the message and keep communication open with my team. I also like the way soom clips work because it is easy to just record my screen and send it to my friends

Frequent updates on Zoom can sometimes be confusing for users who are not very familiar with technology, as the layout or features may change suddenly. Managing breakout rooms can also become challenging in large meetings, especially when there are many participants to organize or move between rooms. Additionally, hosts may find it time-consuming to monitor all rooms and ensure smooth communication. While these issues don’t affect the core performance, they can make the experience a bit difficult for some users.
