What do you like best about the product?
I can do calls or have meetings through zoom, sometimes I have a bad internet connection but I can still have these meetings, also now I can use my earphones for calls

I don't like that this app doesn't have so much options for complements

Well, everyday when I use it I can meet with my boss to discuss work and I couldn't do that without zoom, so I can work remotely and I am happy with that

If you have a bad connection sometimes, the best way to do a meeting will be through zoom

Excellent product - changed the face of legal practice!

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zoom is free unlimited one-on-one meetings. During COVID this radically changed the nature of the legal practice allowing consults and client meetings to occur remotely. While many legal practices suffered 15-35% declines YOY in the first months of the outbreak, Zoom allowed us to limit Mar 2020 drop to 12%, break even in April and YOY profit in May. We finished the year out showing limited growth - without Zoom that would have been impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of standard principles for use in group setting. While Zoom can't control that directly, this new form of communication does have some growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom, a great Product for a great price.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great platform for the cost. Compared to some of the other comparable platforms. Zoom has matured hugely over the last 18 months. It is stable across all the devices I have tried it on. Even with just the Basic account, which is hard to beat for $15 a month, it has a huge amount of features. Super easy to have instant meetings and setting up scheduled meetings is also pretty simple. And for those that want to do webinars that option is there also in the basic plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I ever run into is not being able to get the camera to come on. However, I am not sure this all Zoom. A reboot always fixes the issue. I really don't have any complaints. Zoom works well. About the only thing I could say is that it is updating quite often so things are a bit different if you don't go in for a while. However, the changes have all been for the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably the biggest "problem" I have solved was finding a meeting platform that works for virtually everyone. The benefits are many, being able to record the meetings is a great help. The platform functions are easy to use and easy to explain to someone that is not familiar with Zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a meeting or webinar platform. Especially for Webinars, then Zoom would be an excellent choice. If you compare it to the other offerings out there, you will find it is a great choice, especially for the budget buyer.

Creating new business relationships

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom has allowed me to expand my business and engage new people in networking in new areas that were never physically possible. The virtual face2face meetings are, in fact, not only saving time from traveling to meet people but gives me the network option quickly from my own work office or home office with more people than I ever could when meeting people in real. I can easily and quickly schedule a meeting in minutes or even pick up a late meeting for when we have a no-show. Zoom adds the flexibility to work on mobile devices and an internet connection, which allows me to set up anywhere from many places like a restaurant, my car, or even a workspace. I love that we can have closed captions when in group meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes like most software solutions, it will have a go-slow moment or drop a call. To be fair, reconnecting is easy although it does not remember that you had an active call you will need to join again if you had it already saved as a meeting. If you had created a meeting and shared that link but not saved it to your schedule you cant rejoin unless you have a copy of that live meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am meeting people across the world. Networking used only to be done at a physical location, and now I have expanded my network so quickly with so many new people from new places that without zoom, I would be restricted to meeting in my local area. I can grow more meaningful relationships with the people I meet because of the video call as to a telephone call.
Giving product demonstrations or my services or samples of our work can now be presented by sharing my screen; this concept is like giving presentations to your clients easily

Virtual Meetings Made Easy with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom makes communicating virtually easy, especially with large group meetings. You can alter the settings to your own preferences, including being able to change the screen settings so you see who is speaking at any given time. Zoom is an essential part of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you login to the Zoom website, the amount of features available can seem overwhelming. It took quite a bit of time to learn how to add more licenses to give more team members access to unlimited meeting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We meet with clients in all different time zones and locations. With Zoom, we are able to have meetings globally in just a few clicks.

Zoom - Phone and Video Review

What do you like best about the product?
Quick support team. Easy to install and set up. The screen recording has improved significantly after the latest update. We were already using zoom video company-wide and it worked better than google meet. The app crashing has also reduced from the last update, the screen filter has much more AI capabilities.

It will be great if we can whiteboard features and collaboration tools on zoom while screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface. User interface can be improved significantly. There are couple of minor bugs if fixed, the tool will be near to perfect.

The user interface for zoom app can be improved. The lag during the screen sharing can be reduced. Also, its little difficuly as of now for document sharing, image sharing in particular. If we can paste an image in the chat room, that would be really great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoom phone as our VOIP system. It is integrated with our Salesforce org. Also, using zoom video and webinar features company-wide. We are conducting user webinars on zoom. The separate room feature is really helful in webinars.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool out of other options available. It integrates well with your CRM. The support team is quick in responding. I haven't had any issues using the tool so far. Worth it if you want a long-term solution for your company.
I wouls highly recommend it if you don;t want to spend much time setting up the tool.

Great video and sound quality

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of sound and video is probably the best from the video conferencing tools. Also the responsiveness of the video is the best and there isn't a perceived delay of conversation as seen in other tools. The capabilities of sharing are great and I really like the annotate facility. Also the breakout rooms are the best in breed. The virtual background capabilities are also the best I've used so far
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat UI is minimal and confusing. Also, the UI, when you are sharing, needs a big UI, especially when doing with two monitors. The pricing is also a bit high. the file sharing capabitilies are subpar witht the other offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitation of events, training, team communication. I love especially the breakout rooms capability to deal with big groups. Also used it for team cerimonies such as planning, dailyes and retrospectives

Try it out first using their free allowance, which is very generous and have all the features and is only limited by time

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has multiple features for meetings, and extraordinarily helpful features for webinars. Now that most people know how to use it, it makes meeting-set up easy and reliable. I appreciate that most of it is intuitive, but also professional and great for presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's odd that you can't copy & paste out of the chat or that you can't download the chat for a meeting. I would like to create breakout rooms while in the middle of a meeting rather than only being able to do so in advance. Some of the screen resolution could be better, or the ability to change your photo (if you're not using video) during a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While having to reduce in-person interactions during COVID, it obviously provided a way for folks and team members to connect in person. The webinars have allowed me and my clients to reach many more people than we would have had we only had in-person meetings. I prefer Zoom sometimes over conference calls especially when a shared document needs to be seen or worked on together. It's much more user friendly than other platforms I've used before.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works well on all my devices, notebooks, smartphones, and tablet, and I like that I can participate in meetings, webinars, and training from anywhere and from any device. The interface is very user-friendly and very easy to use. You can view all cameras, share screens, record meetings in the cloud, and use chat for interaction. Travel savings were significant after using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom, in my opinion, has no defects and problems. I use it on all devices, and I haven't seen any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom software is a cloud video conferencing system that we use to create, schedule, and hold virtual branch meetings. The experience with Zoom has been very productive, especially in times of the COVID-19 pandemic that many of us are at the home office. I hold daily meetings with co-workers and clients to align projects, tasks and also make presentations. It's all stable, secure, and makes a positive impression.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom for video and audio conference recordings through Zoom's local recording function, it allows to save the recordings on the PC hard drive, it is also useful to integrate with applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube and Vimeo, likewise to upload, view and share each recorded session smoothly and without difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could improve your customer support options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is efficient because it is comprehensive in its all-in-one phone system, hardware and a chat function that help to optimize our daily communication processes.
