I didn't notice any I didn't notice anything that wasn't good.

It is best tool to collaborate and have business meetings.
Best thing is the ease of joining any meeting using id and passcode.
We can easily share screen , control the other’s screen with minimum lag and best user experience

I didn’t find any cons of zoom workplace till yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our office we cannot use teams Audio . It is blocked due to bank restrictions.
So we use zoom Audio for all our business meetings outside.
It provides seamless experience to share the screen and to collaborate with each other. Very useful product

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom Workplace regularly for synchronous online classes, and it’s been a great experience. It allows real-time interaction with students, smooth presentation sharing, and a stable connection that supports clear communication throughout the session.
As a teacher, I appreciate the built-in tools that help manage class time and engagement. The timer feature is perfect for keeping activities on track, and the student reactions—like raising hands, emojis, or quick feedback—make it easier to maintain an interactive environment without constant interruptions.
Screen sharing is seamless, and the annotation tools are especially helpful when explaining content visually. Overall, Zoom Workplace is a practical, all-in-one solution that works great for daily teaching and professional tasks.

While Zoom Workplace offers many helpful features for online synchronous classes—like screen sharing, student reactions, and timers—I've found that many educators aren't fully aware of how to use these tools effectively.
The platform has great potential for dynamic, engaging classes, but without proper training, most teachers end up using only the basics. I wish there were more structured training sessions or tutorials specifically aimed at educators to help them design better class dynamics and use Zoom’s tools to their full potential.

Work or Personal, great application.
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility to use for work and personal, data retention within individual or group messages. I use on a daily basis with multiple coworkers for messaging and calls. The integration with Google Suite has made scheduling meetings much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much springs to mind. It performs as it should. But I guess I would say it would be nice if I didn't have to fix my sound settings everything I wanted to share a screen to play a video.

Almost a one-stop-shop for communication with our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Zoom; it's very user-friendly. I also like that the controls are always avaiable when in a meeting, and nothing is hidden from view unless you want it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me connect with people using different formats such as chat, virtual meetings, whitboarding (with templates) etc. I find it can be used easily by individuals outside my organization as well through a simple login process.

It is very easy to have an ad hoc meeting with Zoom Workplace

The only downside to Zoom Workplace is I have the free account and it times out at 40 minutes. Make sure you get the paid account if you intend to use it often

the biggest advantage is that it solved communication for all of us who work remotely

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is one of the easiest apps I have used during my work experience. It provides easy calling and texting features. Furthermore, it does not have lag problems like other apps and has clear and smooth calling and meetings. It's easy to implement your workforce and get things done accordingly. It has best customer support. Also it's easy interface provides the user to use it frequently as well as it give easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zoom Workplace, but sometimes it takes time to open the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace effectively solves many workplace communication problems with the merger of messaging, phone, and meetings under one easy-to-use platform; it streamlines team collaboration. The best advantage to me has been the reliability and quality of video conferences and telephone calls. It also removes the need to toggle between applications, which reduces time and interferes less with workflow. Overall, it has greatly facilitated team connectivity and productivity.
