Connected our company through the pandemic and beyond!
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM has an amazing interface that everyone can use, regardless of tech comfort and allows us to connect our employees wherever they are. The interface is simple enough to also not be distracting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting rooms and admitting folks and syncing to streaming platforms can sometimes be cumbersome, but not overwhelming. Some of the application requires a lot of bandwith, which can be difficult for employees who have weak wifi connections or are using cellular data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing the right groups of people together that otherwise would have been a logistical nightmare is easy now, thanks to Zoom. The time we gain in the easy scheduling is measurable, and using ZOOM has allowed for greater collaboration overall.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that allows you to carry out work meetings via video call in a simple way. Although sometimes it is not very stable regarding the online connection between several people, it is advantageous. In my case, I employed it only like a family and not for an online job company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about privacy and protection shields when using the tool. It has been public knowledge that he had computer security flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining great advantages in video conferences as long as you have an excellent audio and video system pre-installed in the office, ZOOM is a very versatile tool to carry out any remote work meeting. 100 percent effectiveness. Without a doubt, it is highly recommended over its GM competition.

Friendly Video Platform With Good Options
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides multiple options - backgrounds, filters, ability to manage video calls, etc. You can customize backgrounds, your name, take polls, and use to record for use later on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limits around number of participants - and ability to easily add music to background while on video as the meeting/event leader. I've had to get a separate Rodecaster Pro to have clear audio, music, and sounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to expand my business globally without traveling. The ability to record video and download it for use on separate platforms. The need for as close to face-to-face communication as is possible.
Best way to meet and social distance
What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to video conferencing. This system is easy to use. The software allows for AI notetaking which is helpful and easy to follow. Customer support has provided assistance with our implementation as we use Zoom Workplace daily for both clients and staff meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not confident about the security and fear it could be hacked.

I am learning how to make the system more secure.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great. I find that it is integrated into the tools I already use such as Gmail and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can consume alot of my computer's resources and be slow. Also, calling in is always a pain.

Remote meetings
Works as Intended, but There Are Plenty of Alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to conduct face-to-face meetings - especially during the pandemic - is important. Zoom is intended for that express purpose, and it does that well. I love the sidebar in the app that keeps a record of all meetings that you have scheduled for a given day or recurring meetings that you have multiple times a week. I love that you can integrate Zoom with other apps like Google Calendar or Calendly, but I find that when creating meetings from within Zoom, the meeting ID can sometimes report incorrectly on the calendar event.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned, creating Zoom meetings and integrating with your Google Calendar can often result in multiple meeting links and confusion when meeting. I also find the vocabulary for various pricing tiers to be a little vague and confusing. Do I purchase a Zoom Room? A license? I'm not sure. I've stuck with the free version of Zoom because of this, and it has served me fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Zoom to conduct face-to-face daily huddles. I find this is a great way to stay on top of the progress of everyone on my team and gives us a chance to get over hurdles/share wins. With everyone working in different places in the country, it's excellent to hold meetings like this every day. I'm also using Zoom for support calls. If a team member is having an issue with something, I can hop on, share my screen, and get them back up and running quickly.
Zoom for Professional Development
What do you like best about the product?
I also like the Mural board. This helps with engagement and makes it feel more engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new updates of the chat and organization options help keep track of the chat more easily. In addition, the AI companion can be very helpful especially if the chat was used extensively. It can quickly help summarize and even pull out possible action items based on the chat. This is very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to safely meet with a large group of people is the biggest problem Zoom solved. An unexpected benefit is that we can have people meet across the state, across the coutnry, or even across the world for trainings when traditionally we were limited to people only training with the same people in their city. In addition, we have seen more people sign up for trainings because they can attend them training from home or work without interrupting their day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoom as a video service to connect people in the digital world. Even when we go back to fully in person, we will continue to use Zoom to facilitate meetings because of the ease and accessibility for people to attend.

It works for what it is needed for. Many know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much that I need to do is hidden, hard to access, or unintuitive. It is not as seamless and easy to use as it should be, but at this point, it is probably too hard to make much needed improvements.

I am in LOVE with ZOOM! It is my go to tool for my Business.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I can record my online training and repurpose the recording and use them in many different areas. I can use it and share it on Facebook and be live on both platforms. The free version provided all my needs until my company grew to the point where I had multiple people on the call for more than the minimum time, I had to upgrade, but I am glad I did. Zoom is constantly updating the platform with more ways to look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is not good but I do not know if it is a zoom issue or my wifi issue. Freezing is an issue but not sure if it is fixable. For me I understand the platform, but when I am invited to a zoom session I often help the presenter figure out how to use the platform. The paid version does have more bells and wistles than the free version. Possible Zoom could make it easier for new users get educated on using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to coach multiple clients at the same time, help my clients to be inspired and encouraged as I have the feeling of actually being in the same space. It is so much better than a phone. I upload my recordings as YouTube content for trainig purposes and have the recordings in multiple places just incase a platform goes down, I still have access. My clients can get a copy of the meeting for future replay purposes, my clients who cannot attend live get access to replays so they do not miss a beat as well. I love Zoom.

I always recommend Zoom to my clients and prospects who are looking for a tool that will help them to connect with their prospects or clients in a more professional way with ease.
