Great video conferencing tool especially with the increase in remote employees and many offices.
What do you like best about the product?
From a user stand point it connects to quite a bit of our clients conferencing tools. It's fairly easy for our users to use.
From a tech stand point: It's easy to manage the users and the zoom rooms. "end to end encryption".

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really against zoom, but we have many clients and they use different conferencing tools that do not connect to zoom so we need to download the software for that conferencing software. It makes thing a bit more difficult when zoom is at the same level and Kleenex ( i have a zoom room. that's actually a google meet, Microsoft teams, GoToMeeting, bluejeans, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: unable to have face-to-face meetings with staff and clients
Benefits: Being able to connect to staff and clients virtually to have a more personable relationship with our remote employees which aligns with our company views.

If you want a conferencing platform that is easy to use with fair prices for hardware deployments. Then Zoom is a good choice.
If you want to easily manage users and conference rooms. Zoom is for you.
If you want a conferencing software that allows users from 3rd party conference tools to join into a zoom room. Then Zoom is for you. Zoom has allowed to us to connect our staff and clients to zoom rooms even though they connected using a different software like Microsoft Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, friendly UI, quick to launch and schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes launch in browser fails, but this is intermittent

Ability to hold video conferences while everyone is adapting to remote work life
Good platform, works well across multiple connection speeds

It is very easy to set up a Zoom meeting and to attend. The platform works well over different connection speeds, in a high speed network office setting and over slower speeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it - it works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems as of now. It has been great to use Zoom to get collaborators from multiple companies together and meet and share ideas and content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try on your own before using it in a live meeting so you can get accommodated to how it works. Otherwise if you have used another platform before, Zoom should be pretty easy for you to figure out.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the useful app that we are using as audio and video conferencing solution, It has all the features that we look for in a video conferencing app. It has a remote access feature by using u can remotely access the desktop of other users in a call by granting permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some serious security bugs that need to be fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very well-known and therefore trusted as a video meeting and conferencing solution. It's easy to set up, easy to use, and has some fun extra features like virtual backdrops when you don't have time to clean up before the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always super easy to know when the meeting is off or when the camera is done recording. Zoom seems to stay running (not necessarily "on") in the background (on a Mac) unless you specifically quit it from the top drop down menu.

Able to meet during the pandemic without endangering anyone, it is very convenient.

it was a very easy software very useful and helpful to make meetings, especially in the Covid-19 era and the lockdown that happened it makes work, meetings. and reporting to our managers easy from home.

I did not dislike anything in this program. it was very helpful for any business type like schools, companies, universities, and any other institution. it allows all people make meetings free and easily.

There are many benefits to making meetings easier to make especially in covid-19 virus and lockdown happened. Also, it makes life easier in that difficult conditions

Zoom gives you best conferencing experience with your team or friends. for presentation or troubleshooting session zoom is being used for almost everything which used to be done through physical channels , it has now moved to virtual

Though from security perspective they have improved drastically however it is still Low in terms of security features it should be more secure and safe

The tiled view is often the best way to discuss things over video with a large group. Zoom had this first and innovates well. Have used Microsoft Teams, and although they usually catch up with features, it seems like Zoom often has them first and has dialed them in fairly well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be distracting having a video of yourself along with other attendees. Would be nice to see ways that this can be improved. Have worked with vendors that use this but with limited licenses, forcing us to re-join meetings after 40 minutes.

Online meetings with various size groups. Accommodates groups both small and large.

Worth exploring Zoom as a first option, but may be tough to integrate if a business has other foundations in place, such as a Microsoft ecosystem.
Zoom makes remote meetings and discussions simple
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it. It only takes a few seconds to create a meeting and send out the link. I have never needed to contact Support so far, because it always works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes work with people that don't use it. I wish scheduling Zoom meetings via Outlook was easier; Outlook pushes Microsoft Teams a lot.

Zoom makes it very simple to meet and coordinate remotely. Screen-sharing is great. It makes it easy to include people in meetings even when they are on a different continent. It is easy to send out a link and get everyone on the same page, whether that is a one-on-one meeting, or a meeting with the whole company

Try it for free. You can have up to 40-minute meetings with the free plan. It is hands-down better than Google or Microsoft's options. If you need longer meetings you can upgrade to a paid plan.
