Best web based video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I have yet to have a problem connecting to someone on a video conference using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there’s nothing that I have found that I dislike about the platform yet. I guess I could say that sometimes it’s a bit confusing how best or most intuitively to invite other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly used for remote meetings with colleagues as well as to conference with my students. It was also extremely helpful during remote classes during the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As I said elsewhere in this review, it is the best most accessible web based video conferencing software that I have found. It works great across long distances and is fairly intuitive.

Zoom is the best Video Conferencing Tool out there!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Zoom is how easy to use it is, the ability to switch screen presenters, choose what on your screen you’d like to share and select different views makes it a much smoother process, especially when presenting to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I’ve ever experienced with zoom is some audio feedback. If a user is logged in on the computer and calling in, they often hear a ringing noise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have clients all over the world and with zoom, we’re able to both save costs by Not traveling to present, and also control how the information is presented to the clients with features like screen sharing.
Video Conferencing on the Go!
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile conferencing is just as easy as desktop. You don't have to be at your desk to join meetings and contribute to discussions, the mobile version of Zoom is just as good if not better than desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version hours could be extended for none business accounts (its a great way to get more people using Zoom in both personal and professional life).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy of jumping on or off. I've been even more impressed watching my 80 year old mum zooming me (during work hours which isn't ideal, but it's keeping us connected)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and experience it for yourself
Zoom Workplace gives me a reliable dashboard to access my business communication tools
What do you like best about the product?
I have easily integrated google calendar and can see everything I need in one dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a reliable means of conducting business meetings and events, saving travel costs and providing digital records.
Zoom always gives me a wow experience. It gave me confidence to schedule international calls.
What do you like best about the product?
Uninterrupted time with client. The clarity of voice is guaranteed while using Zoom as compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet is a must. In case of no internet or power outage, then there is no call. This is a big problem in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small group meetings.
The ease of organizing meetings
The ease of organizing meetings
User friendly - needs more pazzaz
What do you like best about the product?
After the app is loaded, it's just a click away from meeting time, so very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to unmute as host. Most invitees are not familiar and using their phones, and have a difficult time unmuting. As host you can mute, why not be able to unmute?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The free version is actually great if you're not going over the allotted 45 minutes, and not including more than the maximum number of invitees. For a paid system, I'd like a bit more pazzaz. I love seeing the updates for avatars etc. Making it fun to have these meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recordings are difficult to find after time, it's not synced with Hubspot, so check out your CRM if you want to have copies of the recording with the organizations you're meeting with.
Great meeting experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meeting interface and ease of connectivity. Chat also works well. Mobile interface is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
No plugin for the new Outlook. Overall it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting connectivity. Group chats are great.
Zoom an excellent video conference solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and enables parties from all over the world to join, meet and discuss. The ability to share your screen, present important demos and voice call with a large group is excellent. In addition, I like that Zoom offers the most user friendly interface for the other attendees on the calls. If one of the attendees needs to share their screen or face, Zoom works perfectly every time. I have found other video conferencing apps struggle with this and the host is usually stuck trying to figure out how to allow for someone other than themselves to share their screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does have some issues with connectivity. I have frequent microphone issues and have dropped a few calls along the way. I am not a fan of the new waiting room feature. This feature was auto-enabled and caused some delays for my guests in joining calls and meetings. Once i adjusted my settings, this was no longer an issue, but it did cause a few delays at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post Pandemic it has unlocked the new way of doing business and running a business. Zoom really is the only tool to compete with Teams. Its ease of use, excellent interface and intuitive design is something I really love. We use it to meet with clients to share with them about our new services and technology offerings. It enables us to meet with future and current clients to discuss how our solution is going to make their lives easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used numerous solutions and would vote this as the best. It's consistent, easy to use and gets the job done effectively.
Good Software for Video Meetings.

Good user interface with ease of work flow and a better user experience.
Easy to use UI with a bunch of options like schedule a meeting and screen sharing.
Easy to use UI with a bunch of options like schedule a meeting and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike google meet it has some restrictions which made me switch from zoom to google meet, like the max numbers if participant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made my work life so much easier with better connectivity for meetings.
Best way to conduct online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to login, doesn’t require a login. Can flip between screen share and camera-views easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. I feel Microsoft teams will just absorb video conferencing in the future in my company as it also does video meetings. Not sure if zoom integrates w chat tools well to minimize that but in general it won’t make sense to use a video conf tool that’s not connected to the main company chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
