Very easy to use and great for external communication
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best was how simple it was to deploy. i love how stable it is and easy it is to use. Very easy to use and great for external communication to keep separate
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked the most was that it took so long to contact customer service. Customer service was a little slow during the initial part of the pandemic, but so was everywhere. i wish there was a way to auto send out invites built in to the software. this extra steep seems a little frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues that Zoom solves for us is meetings with outside and internal people. trying to have meetings with people outside of the organization with people on the inside. seems to work nicely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has everything we need for team meetings, including recording, screen sharing, and a notes section, all in one place. It really helps us collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders at short notice without technical difficulties. We can easily arrange training sessions, give demos to new employees, and record meetings for later use. The setup was very easy, and there were no issues at the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI notes is always not perfect looks like and sometime even after good internet we have some connection error showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to connect with remote teams and clients effortlessly. It consolidates vital meeting features like team meetings, recording, screen sharing, and notes, enabling easy collaboration and session organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend using zoom if you have limited number of participants for any meeting. It has good voice quality and its simple to use. Anyone can connect to the meeting by simply going through the meeting Link.

I like that Zoom is universally accepted across industries as a way to video conference now, which makes it an essential thing to have installed so I am ready to communicate with my colleagues and clients.

I dislike how complicated the options are for Zoom. Some of the settings are in the client, and some are on the web site.
I also dislike how Zoom functions perfectly well in a HTML5 page, but you are in effect forced to download the client, unless you perform some trickery to stay on the HTML5 page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this SARS-2 world, I've been prevented from meeting with clients, so instead I've used video conferencing to stay safe from this global plague. I've benefited from being able to get decisions made quickly during a conversation. If I had been forced to only use email, these decisions would have taken far longer.

It has revolutionized the way online meetings are done, through zoom we can connect many people at the same time, I love giving presentations and spending time with family and friends through zoom, and in the most important work meetings, zoom has been very important .
It's light, it's safe I love zoom, the free version is very good, the paid version is very expensive, it's a complete software for all audiences, we can turn off the microphone and authorize whoever wants to speak, we can make video, we have chat, too we can record meetings, among the many features, access to the room is only possible with the authorization of the room host. The support is very good and the response is very fast I can integrate with other live streaming tools this is fantastic!

Just when I was worried about the zoom, I was worried about the insecurity of the zoom and I was worried about the safety of the zoom and I was worried.
I'm glad because of its improvement, the zoom has many tools, but at first you don't get everything right after using it 2 or 3 times, you are already experienced, very good at it

Using zoom solves a lot of problems, especially in work meetings, I don't need to go to the customer or suppliers, we can do it with zoom, presenting products, services and even quotes, it allows me to continue the meeting, Schedule, etc., with meetings and conversations it's always better with the zoom, I've reduced the costs I had with my car and that has the biggest impact on me and my business.

It is a new refresh for this almost unknown good application and service. It is very stable and easy to use for tuition, meeting, conferences/lives.
It has recently become a top-rated service which is in the mouths of all, and this is nice because you can contact everyone thru Zoom without any issue and no explanation ... run like in butter. Excellent for virtual learning.

It looks like a pretty old-school interface; they have to work hard in a new UI/UX according to recent times.
It has some limitations to public lives, and there are some bugs or glitches to solve, especially when meetings are very crowded.
Free session time is less than an hour. it is only 45 min long, which is not quite attractive to newcomers because it is short, while other popular platforms (e.g., Teams, Skype) offer a longer time for sessions.

It is not a new tools, but a new trend, everyone is using it and it are evolving very fast.
They are heading in a good direction definitively, and new good things will come with it. Try it!

Being able to have closed circuit meetings.

Video Conference entering. I haven't figured out how to keep folks out of my video conference.

I love the ease of setting up a weekly meeting - keeping the same log in code so members don't have to search for new log on each week.

I would like to be able to focus on speaker a little better without having to mute all participants, I would also like to designate another person to run the zoom

The only thing that is not working for me is that we get kicked off early sometimes.

I can accomplish large meetings with my team. I use this to make sure my team is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it has excellent-quality audio and video. Video quality is essential for me, and the audio is, so I had no problem at the online meetings. Also, I can use it on my phone and tablet, which is great for me just by clicking the link and joining the discussion quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a problem with the full-screen mod. I don't know why I couldn't understand that problem. But otherwise, there is no other thing I dislike about zoom.

I work from home two days a week, and I use my laptop for online meetings. While working from home, I’m using zoom to join online discussions with my colleagues, manager, and other departments.

Zoom is simple to start and simple to use with default settings. However with experience a few tweaks can enhance the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom only allows for 1 camera and when sharing a desktop app takes up most of the screen - so a third party app is needed to achieve good picture in picture.

Zoom is a great tool for team meetings of less than 9 participants. I have saved hours of travel time and cost participating in meetings utilizing Zoom’s technology.
