Zoom is so helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really helpful for when I am working remotely. It truly makes me feel like we are all working together and makes for such an easier work day
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it’s not as helpful as Skype but only because it’s not as connected to all of my other office technology. If they can achieve that it would be a great piece of technology to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work remotely and so much of our work is team based, it is very helpful to Ben able to communicate in real time as a group setting with the chat and video features

Zoom keeps me connected
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility from anywhere on just about any device. So helpful during the pandemic. Meeting safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real down side to using Zoom or I haven't found one yet. We will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face to face meetings great! Remain connected during the pandemic.

Great reliability and easy access for face to face communication.
Smooth conference video app
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very handy for conference call and it's arguably the best video call app of this era. you can share your screen with the group of people you're chatting with and I can accommodate a large number of participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The android interface is not improved with the latest android Os interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried to use it to solve video conferencing issue, and it did it perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and I like that there is a share screen where I can request for control of their screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I am still trying to use all the feature in Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-person meeting with staff who are not in the same location. Quick meeting with the ability to view staff's screen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is great for webinar meetings. Its computer and phone features make it easy for everyone to join in. I really recommend trying Zoom if anyone is considering using webinars for any training meeting.

Zoom is easy for everyone to understand and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an account set up on my gmail account but can't figure out how to log in with my preferred email address. It's an extra step every time I set up a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most clients seem to know how to get on a Zoom call so easy to provide tech support. I love being able to meet via Zoom. It saves travel time, parking and I love always being on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep your other conference meeting software as a back-up until Zoom sorts out their bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
All things considered, ZOOM is the best video conferencing service based on it's functionality, ease of use, and variety of features and pricing options. I was introduced to it by an education client and we used it for virtual information sessions for a college masters program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and account manaement is quite complex and it seems to take me quite a while to make changes onthe onfiguration of my services. Also the options for saving/retrieving recorded videos could be a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZOOM to meet virtually with clients, prospective clients, and groups/associations including participants that live all over the world. Also, as I mentioned in the previous section, an education client and I used it for virtual information sessions for a college masters program. We alternated between the virtual events on ZOOM and live reception style events IRL and the attendance/participation and engagement in the virtual events on ZOOM was significantly better.
Easy and perfect to meet with employees and customers, but competition is getting closer
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Even though it offers complex functionalities, Zoom is easy to jump in from any device. I think it is intuitive for most of its capabilities. I hate reading user manuals, I think Zoom does a great job making it very intuitive. I also like aesthetics (symmetry) .

I think background technology is not good anymore; there are better options on the market

My team and I work from different geographies and places (from the office, home, car) this seamlessly allows us to work together. And when connecting with customers looks very professional too.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a few years now for podcasts recording. With guests and hosts all over the world, Zoom works seamlessly to ensure we are able to communicate with one another a record audio at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t have a strong and steady internet connection, the bandwidth required may cause your video and audio to become unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for us for have strategy meetings at times more convenient to us and reduced our need to travel.

Don’t wait. Zoom is easy to implement.
Easy to use tool for problem-free meetings
What do you like best about the product?
With Zoom it's extremely easy to setup a meeting. The instructions sent out to participants are easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish video conferencing would be turned off by default to conserve bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to broadcast material to large audience. Zoom allows for global audience to participate and offers acceptable performance even for a low bandwidth users.
Virtual Meetings for Work and School
What do you like best about the product?
Has a lot of cool features, such as group messaging, virtual backgrounds, screen sharing with computer and mobile screens, and broadcasting to the web or YouTube. I use this frequently for work and academic reasons. It is very easy to use without the need for much tutorials
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive, so some things are not the best quality unless you are willing to pay for some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing allows meetings and reconnections among many workplace and school settings. This platform mostly blossomed during the pandemic, but it creates solutions even post social distancing. There is the ease of communcation from long distances and for convenience.
