Smooth, Intuitive Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes communication and collaboration. Meetings are smooth, the platform is intuitive, and features like chat, screen sharing, and recordings help teams stay connected and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lag, high battery/resource usage, and navigation between settings can sometimes affect the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it benefits me by making coordination faster, meetings more organized, and team collaboration more efficient in day-to-day work.
Seamless Communication with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for internal work calls and for video calls with customers and prospects. I appreciate the seamless and smooth audio and video calls it provides, along with useful AI features like call transcriptions. I really like the chat and screen share features, which let me add commentary or highlight key details in presentations. Sharing my screen is easy and allows me to point out important functionalities to my audience. Zoom was very easy to set up, as I only needed to load my name and picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of my prospects who are heavy Teams users have too hard of a time connecting to audio. I also wish that there were more subtle background images that could be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace provides seamless calls with audio and video, useful AI features like call transcriptions, and easy screen sharing for presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace makes it easier for me to connect with my members. It's easy to use, and I like that I can message people in the waiting room while I'm still actively in a meeting. I also appreciate the ability to make phone calls from Zoom. The initial setup was very easy and took under five minutes.

Essential for Remote Learning and Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has become one of those places I didn't expect I needed until I started using it every day. I love how everything is just in one place—meetings, chats, docs, whiteboards—without having to jump between five apps. This integration saves time. Also, the setup was quite easy, just install and start using; no rocket science involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes laggy at places. When WiFi is disconnected and reconnected, it takes a long time even though the internet becomes stable.

Zoom Workplace was crucial during COVID, solving issues like screen sharing for devices and annotations in classes. I love how it integrates everything—meetings, chats, docs, whiteboards—saving time by keeping everything in one place.
Best-in-Class UI That Stays Smooth Even on Low Networks
What do you like best about the product?
Best user interface, easy to use, and it works well even on a low network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality is low, and the lighting isn’t as good as I expected.

My main problem is solved: portability. I can handle my meetings through any device.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a customer support agent at Go Highlevel company and I give assistance to my international clients via zoom call, and zoom really makes my work easy. There are several breakout room options, personalised chat option that I can select which person I need to send a message to, there's an option of zoom recording, more than that, it has a highlighting feature , if someone sharing the screen, and guiding, we can highlight directly which saves our time and energy
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing, i dislike about zoom, zoom has all features needed to handle my all international clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, what makes zoom stand out than other like Google meet, is that, it has many breakout rooms , I can create and use it which is really beneficial when you are on a customer support and handle zoom calls. The chat option where I can select which person I need to send a text to , only that person will see that message instaed of everybody

WHEN I TRY TO SHARE MY SCREEN AFTER HAVING ATTENDED A PREVIOUS FIRST ZOOM MEETING, IT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO SHARE THE ZOOM SCREEN. I HAVE TO LEAVE THE MEETING AND COMPLETELY RESTART ZOOM IN ORDER TO HAVE ALL OF THE OPTIONS TO SHARE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
INSTEAD OF SWITCHING BETWEEN APPS FOR MEETINGS, CHATS, FILE SHARING, AND SCHEDULING, IT ALLOWS ME TO BRING EVERTHING INTO ONE PLATFORM, REDUCING COMPLEXITY AND SAVING TIME.
