Zoom updates are so frequent that it really should offer training for businesses as part of its services, so teams can keep up with the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with customers and clients through face-to-face virtual interactions.
Simple Setup, Fun Features, But Needs Better Poll Instructions
What do you like best about the product?
I used Zoom Workplace for my classes and collaborating with peers. It saves me time since I don't have to travel to meet my colleagues. I enjoy the reaction features and the filters; they're great stand-alone features. The initial setup was very simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
The polling feature was a bit tricky to get the hang of. Maybe have some more instructions.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easily it connects many people at once without slowing down. During my studies and preparation, it helped me attend classes, collaborate with others, and stay engaged, all without technical interruptions.

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it sometimes shows internet connection issues even when the speed is good. This can interrupt meetings and affect the overall experience, especially during important sessions.

Zoom Workplace solves communication challenges by improving sound quality and providing AI-generated notes. This benefits me by making conversations clearer and helping me quickly review key points without missing important information during meetings or study sessions.
Easy to Navigate, with Chat, Clips, Whiteboard, and Attendees in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate. Having chat, clips, whiteboard, and attendees all in one place is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the program. It makes things easy, thankfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting online instead of in-person is much more time-efficient and also help to collaborate with others who are a long distance away-may have never had the chance to meet without the program.
Robust Features with Easy Setup, But Sizeable App
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and that everybody knows about it. It has a lot of features, including the ability to break rooms and other robust features. The platform is great for splitting large groups into working groups, having a moderator, silencing everyone, or allowing chat, making it good for webinars and things like that. The initial setup was very easy, and the integration with other tools is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a very heavy app, and takes a lot of space on the phone and the computer to download. You know, there's several updates, and that could be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves video conferencing issues, letting me have face-to-face meetings without being in the same place physically.

Zoom worplace stands out for its high quality video and audio along with features like screen sharing, recording, and chat. It helps team collaborate efficiently especially in remote or hybrid work environments

While workplace is very useful occasionally connectivity issues and audio/video las can impact meeting quality, with unstable internet

Zoom workplace solves the challenge of remote communications and collaboration. It allows me to connect with my team easily through video metting and chat, improve overall productivity and coordination
Streamlined Meetings with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat feature and the share screen feature, where I can share my screen with others. I also appreciate being able to record my Zoom calls. The process of sharing my screen to show off proposals or strategies is really beneficial because I can go through it step by step with clients, and recording allows for later playback and sharing with clients. I think we liked that there were more features on Zoom Workplace and its connection to all calendars and private links. The ease of setting it up is very nice; it's simple and straight to the point. I love how straightforward the steps are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voice isolation feature doesn't work well. When I'm working from home and there's background noise, it catches all the sound in my room. I wish the voice isolation was more precise and only picked up my voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings quickly and make client calls more personal without needing in-person meetings or phone calls.
Zoom review - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use and helps connect a remote first company with each other. I also like the AI note taking feature which helps in my role as a TA specialist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit temperamental with updates and can restart without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving connection issues with candidates and colleagues. Ensuring I am being correct with note taking with the AI features.
Convenient, AI-Powered, But Too Many Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, and it really makes work get done much easier. I like that the AI companion helps a lot to filter stuff. Overall, I just find Zoom really nice. It's also more convenient compared to what we used before and the setup was easy. On top of that, I'm likely to recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.

Too many notifications in one place. I'd like it to be not as distracting.
