Zoom Workplace with low quality but easy setup
What do you like best about the product?
When I receive a friend's message, I feel very happy, and setting up Zoom Workplace was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low quality in Zoom, messages not being sent quickly, and issues occurring repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for chat, but it has network issues and message delay problems.
Useful during lockdown, but improvement in video quality is necessary.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the video calling feature of Zoom Workplace. It has been very beneficial during the lockdown and still is. It allows me to make video calls from home, no matter where I am. With this app, I can talk to three or four people at a time for work purposes and with friends. Its setup process is also quite easy, it downloads quickly and doesn't consume much data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with video quality in Zoom Workplace. There are many network issues, like server data. The video is not good, everyone is not fresh, Zoom needs to improve things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for video calls. It provides us the facility to work from home, especially during the lockdown. It allows talking to three to four people at a time.
Excellent video quality, but setup is difficult.

I find Zoom Workplace helpful for employees, ensuring the right place and the right network. I appreciate the good information it provides along with a reliable Internet experience. The AI features are very easy to use, making it quick to get results and receive fast information. Also, it's easy to install from the Play Store and works smoothly on any Android device.

I feel like the video quality could use some improvement, maybe introducing HD video quality would enhance the experience.

Screen Sharing and Recording, but Needs Video Quality Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for screen sharing and recording meetings, which helps me to make notes from the discussions. I also find that starting Zoom Workplace was very easy and understandable. Additionally, my team shifted from Google Meet to Zoom Workplace because I can use it without needing a link, just with the meeting ID number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face lag while connecting in Zoom meetings, and sometimes the voice breaks down during presentations. Also, the video quality could be improved as the picture on Zoom looks slightly different from how it should be.

I find Zoom Workplace valuable for screen sharing and recording meetings, which helps me complete tasks and make pointers from discussions.

I like the screen sharing feature of Zoom Workplace which helps me share with my friends. I chose it because of the speed of this platform and found its initial setup very easy.

Seamless Remote Connection, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Zoom Workplace for workshops and conferences and find it valuable for connecting people remotely. I like the user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate. The recording feature is also really helpful because even if I don't join a Zoom meeting, I can go back and play the recording. The initial setup was very easy, and I would highly recommend it, rating it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the chat interface. I think the chat interface should be underneath every user on the Zoom Workplace. Like, when you click your name, a chat feature should be shown.

Zoom Workplace connects people remotely for workshops and conferences. I love its user-friendly interface and the recording feature, which allows me to catch up on meetings I miss.

I like the quality of the videos and the different options you can select to better your experience. I also appreciate that it's easy to use and even beginners can navigate through it. The initial setup was so easy, making it convenient to get started.

I think the camera can be improved by adding different filters for users to select

High-Quality, Uninterrupted Client Meetings with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high-quality meetings with our clients and working professionals. It helps us communicate clearly and stay connected without any interruption.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the way Zoom Workplace disconnects after 40 minutes on the free version. It feels very frustrating when a meeting ends suddenly like that. I also don’t like that they don’t offer common features like visitor management until we buy the enterprise-level plan.

It helps me resolve issues between our clients and the professionals during meetings. It also makes it easier to interact with them so we can close deals while I’m handling tasks or doing freelance work.
