Best tool for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I have used SendGrid precisely for automations and it very under friendly. Excellent segmentation capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few limitations while designing the campaigns.

Transactional emails taken care off!
What do you like best about the product?
Solves all our cares for trasnactional emails. We use sendgrid as extension to our CRM for better and reliable results in transactional emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not that intuitive to connect and template management could have been better.

Blocked account on setup and no support
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't been able to try as SendGrid automatically blocked our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
On setting up the integration from Azure, Sendgrid didn't work, as it automatically blocked our account.
Raising a support request is difficult, because of being unable to sign in. Once we did manage, there was no response from support either.
I suggest to save your time and don't use SendGrid!

Automatically sending emails
Best service for sending transactional emails
What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid is our one stop solution for all our transactional email needs. It seamlessly integrates with all our websites, billing platforms and communities. We use Sendgrid on a daily basis to send hundreds of transactional emails to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sendgrid has a lot of features but the one thing difficult to get a hold of is their support. At present they mainly provide email support which is not highly responsive. Although we rarely needed help from their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendgrid fulfilled two of our main requirements. Email Deliveribality and Sending Transaction email to our customers through our services.

You can send massive campaign whitout any trouble with your email provide

A bit difficult to implement the domain, DNS and all that stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having issues sending campaigns through Gmail and now I am ok with sendgrid
Shutdown the service after two years just because 9 mails in a week

Price and being an standard on lots of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Sendgrid for years, since long before Twilio bought it. When twilio bought it, we started with bullshit, that insistence of theirs to force you to use 2FA, the "security" yes or yes and an interface that was getting more obsolete every day.
I also had my scares due to traffic peaks that I found difficult to analyze where they came from, but because of laziness I didn't change the service since I used it in dozens of places.
The last straw was when overnight (early Monday morning) they cut my service due to "malicious traffic from my endpoints", and asking me to fill out a super-exhaustive report, more than a dozen questions, to restore the service and all this, with response times to the incident of several days, meanwhile, everything stopped. That means, literaly, all my webs and services without being able to send emails.
Talking to their support, they told me that it is normal, that they had seen that one of my websites had probably been breached, and that at such a signal they would cut to the chase.
We are talking about less than a dozen emails in a week, in a contracted service of 50,000 emails per month, sometimes with peaks of 80-90k per month.
Obviously, I contracted another service, and once I got over the laziness of having to configure 22 endpoints again, I won't go back to Sendgrid even if they pay me.
The new service has a much more useful interface if any endpoint is used to send SPAM, and if so I will remove it and solve the problem.
I won't say the name of the service, it is also one of the best known, but I don't want to advertise it for free.

Sendgrid - Reliable Tool For Email Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid Email API is one of most reliable email marketing tools for automating your emails. It is an open source tool which is amazing. I can tell you with 100% surety that implementing the API is very easy and smooth as they provide you with pin point documentation for the implementation. Apart from that they also provide documented code libraries in different programming languages which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which everyone dislikes is the product pricing, which is very costly with respect to other platforms available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best things which happened with Sendgrid is that we reduced our bounce rates and emails landing in spam folders which has helped us to communicate more effectively with our customers. Also the analytics dashboard helps with making decisions faster and effectively.
Emails Service Made easy with Sengrid
What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid emails api is one of the best options to send the emails from code. The best part is their documentation, each and every point is defined properly. Multi language support is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Email API for more than 3 years for my client, he is also currently using it, still it is working perfectly. I didn't found any dislike yet, in case of issues their support is always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used twilio sendgrid email api to send transactional emails of my client to customers. I used api endpoints in PHP language. Usage with curl of the api was very well defined. Me myself and my client both are very happy with their service and support

What do you like best about the product?
In today's era businesses needs marketing to increase their sells. Marketing is most important to do business. For that this amazing feature we can use. We can easily integrate API to send automatic email messages to customers. This is very fast API in runtime and rate of success is very high. And this is also very reliable for developers also to integrate with their application. And I have already integrate Twilio email api with Shopify Laravel app.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience with API I not found and drawback. But email API integration with Shopify Laravel app is some difficult for me at first time. After one time integration we can easily integrate with our app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio continues work on security of API. There are very secure layer that provides high security. Twilio is improving the success rate for sending emails. We can easily send emails in bulk.
Twilio sendGrid email Api is the best service for email varification at testing time.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a full stack developer. I have used Twilio sendgrid at my one of project, in that project basically I have to varify that user when he or she registered. This service helped me to send the email for varification to that particular user. Some things are the best in sendgrid which I appreciate that, like it is open-source. Even we can use in our project at a testing time. It is also provide the range of mails to send in one month. Anyone can use the email service which have provided by Twilio sendgrid email API.
What do you dislike about the product?
That one thing which I have faced when I have create my account at Twilio sendgrid. I have faced some error, like you are unauthorised, I am not able to varify and Authorize myself . So i wish this kind of issues should not faces by others users of Twilio sendgrid.

One of the problem which I had faced, to varify your account after the registered your self at Twilio sendgrid. Some time user can't able to varify their account. So I would like to say that if this problem solved at this time then after the allover services which have provided by Twilio sendgrid is much better than others. All overall the experience with it is so good.
