Good Solution for Sending Emails

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, to setup, integrate with my crm, and is very affordable.

So far, I haven't encountered anything that I don't like.

Amazing tool for sending tons of emails
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sendgrid from the past few years and for analytics we are using Hooks. We found it very relevant for our industry rather than any other product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything which was irrelevant for us.

We send tons of emails for our vendors and it helped a lot to us.

Easiest integration. We have integrated with Moengage and email campaigns via moengage with Sendgrid email API is seamless.

No cons as of now, as we find delivery is also great and integrations with multiple martech tools is also easy.

Great tool for email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integrations Twilio Sendgrid has to offer is just amazing, A/B testing is also good. I like how easy it is to track and change different aspects of emails based on performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to really dislike twilio but they could make improvements in the user interface.

Twilio SendGrid allows us to communicate with our clients through delivering emails in their inbox directly from our crm.
Multiple Issues When Upgrading Account
What do you like best about the product?
SendGrid's user interface is well-designed and easy to understand. However, the functionality available leaves a lot to be desired. Generally, the support staff seems knowledgeable but have given me many wrong answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been attempting to upgrade from a small volume plan with a shared IP pool to a large plan. We were told we could keep a shared pool but were later told after we signed an annual agreement that we'd been given the wrong information and would have to move to a Dedicated IP (we use the API plan not Marketing Campaigns). There was no guide on how to move from one plan to the other, and in reality it became a nightmare. What should have been automated by their system and their touted 'Automatic IP Warmup' in under 2 weeks, became a 6-9 week project and an additional sprint for my engineering team. We've been forced to manually warm our IP and change our software to regulate our send volume as their warming process does not work. I've spent almost 6 hours on chat sessions trying to troubleshoot issues with this product and have no dedicated rep to help me and have to speak to someone new every time.
Because we are under a time-crunch as our old ESP gets sunset (Dyn by Oracle) and we've already done the API implementation, we're forced to stay on this system. But if I had a choice, we would not.

SendGrid is our primary ESP for abandon cart emails and other action based triggered emails we send to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration is easy with website or application. It has capability to handle large volume of emails. Analytics feature is good to provide performance of the mails including open rate and bounce rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model might be disadvantage for large businesses as the charges are based on number of emails sent but it can be beneficial for small businesses at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, customers need to be informed at every stage for their account activation, password or other profile changes, when their order is ready, when they left something in the shopping cart etc. All these can be sent very well and tracked using Twillio SG Email API.
The must try software to upgrade your cold email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Twilio SendGrid is it's ease of use. Uploading contacts and creating email campaigns is a seamless process and the analytics post the campaigns are detailed and helpful. SendGrid also allows for easy creation of email templates and our design team has been able to create high quality templates withembedded sign up forms on multiple occasions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SendGrid is a tool that is useful on so many fronts - the pricing for the Pro Package is on the higher side. There are many newer startups coming out with cheaper tools for cold outreach and if you use SendGrid for just email campaigns- you might just switch because of the price.

SendGrid is really helping solve for better email deliverability - especially for cold email outreach campaigns. You can upgrade your emails and create more targeted campaigns through SendGrid
Worst company i have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Frankly i have tried mailgun, sendpulse, sendinblue all are better than sendgrid i case of ease of use, pricing, and specially the support. i am using it from a long time and every time i face some kind of different issue
What do you dislike about the product?
Their login system sucks, authenticator not working, text message not working, and you don't have option to recover account.

SMTP is good, but not better. mailgun and other competitors are way more better.
