Hard to say. Deliverability is good. Set up is not easy. They are stringent to sending emails.

Deliverability is good. High open and click rates.

Integration is not easy. Customer service is so so. They are stringent on who you are sending to and how you send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beats manually sending emails. I think deliverability is best of all email services that I have used like mailgun. Better than Gmail for sure.

Overpriced and disfunctional. Not worth your time at all. Avoid at all costs.
Unless you pay $80/month for a single dedicated ip address (what a rip off right?) their e-mails will bounce and never get to destination due to spamhaus black listing, and there is absolutely no way to remedy. Totally unreliable dis-service.

They are supposed to solve the problem that Azure won't send e-mails, and you are supposedly able to track the e-mails being sent

I have used SendGrid precisely for automations and it very under friendly. Excellent segmentation capability.

A few limitations while designing the campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Solves all our cares for trasnactional emails. We use sendgrid as extension to our CRM for better and reliable results in transactional emails.

It is not that intuitive to connect and template management could have been better.

Blocked account on setup and no support
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't been able to try as SendGrid automatically blocked our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
On setting up the integration from Azure, Sendgrid didn't work, as it automatically blocked our account.
Raising a support request is difficult, because of being unable to sign in. Once we did manage, there was no response from support either.
I suggest to save your time and don't use SendGrid!

What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid is our one stop solution for all our transactional email needs. It seamlessly integrates with all our websites, billing platforms and communities. We use Sendgrid on a daily basis to send hundreds of transactional emails to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sendgrid has a lot of features but the one thing difficult to get a hold of is their support. At present they mainly provide email support which is not highly responsive. Although we rarely needed help from their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendgrid fulfilled two of our main requirements. Email Deliveribality and Sending Transaction email to our customers through our services.
