- The trial period really helped us make a decision, because we could see firsthand what DataDome could provide in terms of results and protection

What we do like the best is that everything is automated and that all bad bot traffic is blocked automatically. The implementation was easy and we can see all our traffic now via the interfaces in Datadome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. What we miss is a Rate limit per second / minute or features like Crawl delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All bad bots, attacks, sql injections etc.. are gone now, so the traffic which is entering our platform is clean.

The integration was very smooth and simple, with excellent onboarding support. DataDome has proven efficient since the beginning, protecting our content and stabilizing our server load. The customer support is very helpful, and overall we have a great relationship with DataDome.

It would be useful to have more information in the reports about who is using specific IPs.

Our websites feature the public profiles of thousands of medical professionals. We have had a bad experience with a copy of a site created to look just like ours but with all the text replaced by malicous and spam content. This type of content theft is no longer possible with Datadome.

Relatively easy to setup, friendly and easy to use web interface.

The UI may lack some functionality, but they do listen to suggestions.

Good/bad bots detection is pretty good. Scrapping protection is great too. It is very easy to see the stats. And if you need to fine-tune the rules, to unblock someone it is very easy to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like the best is that DataDome is suitable with most configurations and it required minimal modification on our technical infrastructure. It is easy to setup on our platforms as well as on the Cloud. We really appreciated the team's availability - if something goes wrong or if we have some question, they reply very quickly. Real-time rules allow us to whitelist, block or challenge users.

Captchas wrongly sent to real users sometimes and IA algorithm can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots were scraping our website in order to steal our content and then sell it to third parties. Since we've activated the protection, scraper bots are blocked and cannot access the website. Our data are secured and no longer accessible to bots. We are also now able to monitor technical logs in order to detect abnormal behaviors such as aggressive IP addresses or unusual queries.

One of the things that I like the most is to be able to add more real-time reaglas, we can tell our partners that they needed to reach our API, that they would use a specific user that was included in the DataDome white list and in a few minutes it was all ready, It is amazing how easy it is to use DataDome, we configure our servers very quickly and the use of your panel is very efficient to manage the traffic of our bot. Love how works

Maybe the sensitivity of the software is something high, they need that adjustment as soon as possible, but without counting this DataDome works excellently and without any further complaints to add
