Holistic End-to-End Vendor Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard views to monitor the status of obligations, the automated workflows to facilitate obligations, and the weekly notification alerts and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a powerful and robust tool. User adoption in terms of ease of use. There's a learning curve getting familiar with the tool and understanding how to get the most out of all the available functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sirion tool provides an end to end solution for managing the vendor management framework.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and professional timely support.
Dashboads and reports set up that allow for quick clear, at-a glance, display of detailed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, the interface is intuitive and supports our daily activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Sirion, we have been able to ensure service delivery according to the agreements, reduce spend leakage as well as work with our suppliers to ensure that the services being delivered meet our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contract manager, I like the feature that allows me to view the full scope of upcoming and outstanding deliverables for every contract. All that information is readily available, and I can drill down to the specific deliverable and check with stakeholders on its status without ever leaving the tool to communicate directly to each person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool provides some tremendous operational dashboard reporting; the tool could have more robust senior-level dashboard reporting or perhaps some direct integration with Power BI or a similar tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contract management tool allowed us to automate and evolve the contract management services within our organization. The more contracts we can manage, the more controls and checks we have to mitigate risk and avoid billing leakage.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all the contract obligations in one place and in easy way, the felixibility of the tool is a big plus, also great customer support - SirionLabs has been a great partner for us during and post implementation. The support team has been responsive and never kept us waiting on our support requests. With such a complex implementation spanning users from various departments, we constantly relied on the SirionLabs team to help resolve teething issues. The robust escalation matrix with the top management also getting involved wherever needed and the commitment they showed towards solving all our issues as quickly as possible has been one of the main reasons in making this project a success for us. We have enjoyed working with them and would be happy to do so again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took quite some time to get the whole team to understand the tool and start using it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very effective centralized means to manage the overall life cycle of multiple contracts. Contract amendments, renewals, and steady-state deliverables can be tracked in detail, eliminating gaps. When you have a question about a vendor or their services and history, all the information is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting governance module has been challenging to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a large strategic multi-year agreement with a vendor, there can be hundreds of contractual deliverables. Some unique, and others recurring. The challenge is tracking their delivery by the vendor and acceptance. The tool does this very effectively providing executives with trusted feedback. The number of deliverables that have been completed, are late, or are pending approval changes as they are actioned, in real time.

Managing hundreds of active contracts means there are always some in the process of being renewed, added, amended, or terminated. Sirion provides a framework showing what contracts are coming due, and storing detailed information about past contract activities. Again providing executives with trusted dashboards of current state of contracts under management.

Contract Life Cycle Management became a reality

What do you like best about the product?
In general:
SirionLabs is a complete and very professional Contract Life Cycle Management toolset, which gives you the possibility to look at data on all levels from a very detailed level, up to a level on which all data has been aggregated to a company management level. Very nice, clear and downloadable business intelligence dashboards and reports.

The six modules:
1) CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MODULE - with easy access to and visibility of the DOCUMENT REPOSITORY for all contractual documents, and the relationship between the documents
2) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MODULE - with fully automated OBLIGATION & SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT
3) FINANCE MANAGEMENT MODULE - used for INVOICE VALIDATION and/or automated BILLING FILE CREATION
4) COLLABORATION MODULE - with our INTERNAL RISK REGISTER and management of ACTIONS and GOVERNANCE MEETINGS
5) ADVANCED ANALYTICS MODULE - overlaying data from all other modules with highly customized BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICS, USER SPECIFIC DASHBOARDS and REPORTS
6) CONTRACT AUTHORING MODULE - today we are only using parts of the functionality in this very powerful module, i.e. CONTRACT CHANGE NOTES and REQUEST FOR SERVICES management

My journey with SirionLabs:
It started in March'20 when I was assigned the task to, locally in Sweden, programme manage the implementation of SirionLabs on Fujitsu Sweden's top-6 accounts, and significantly increase the usage of the system. The input consisted of a list of around 50 statements related to problems/needs/areas of improvements in the company's day-to-day work. We reached the goal by the end of the FY20. The successful outcome of the SirionLabs programme was achieved by analysing, categorising (in some 15 initiatives) and implementing solutions (some of them quite complex) to address all statements, presented in the needs analysis. Some of them very complex. Some initiatives required account specific solutions, while many were implemented as common initiatives for all 6 accounts, to ensure that aggregated data would give a standardised Business Intelligence view for Fujitsu Sweden’s senior management.

The people:
SirionLabs' Senior Account Director Sarah, the project management, technical implementation and support teams in India, and SirionLabs' executive management, have all been very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, timely and positive to work with.

Conclusion:
The extremely good and professional cooperation with the SirionLabs team was one of the key success factors for our programme. And the toolset itself is a complete, powerful, stable and secure solution for managing the customer contracts from end-to-end. We have completed a great overall experience journey together!

It takes long time to get familiar with, understand and get the most out of all the functionality in this packed toolbox

Process execution and automations of raw data
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic emails for everything, not easy to turn off. Also the GUI leaves room for improvements. E.g. when moving between topics it's not easy to find the way back again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of raw data into reports and graphs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool gives one single place to work with your Contract Management tasks and a common interface. Mostly the team working with Automations are very customer focused and helpful

Good tool and good delivery team

What do you like best about the product?
With Sirion I get better control over my contract with the customer. Me and my team know exactly what deliverables we have and when we need to deliver them. We have also improved our SLA review process as well as onboarded other processes like Risk Management and perception reviews.
The Sirion team is extremely friendly and professional. They listen to our comments and are eager to adapt their tool to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit long to get the whole team on our side understanding the importance of Sirion as well as it took a bit long to go from the initial setup until the state on when we actually take value out of the tool.
The platform is great but it's not exactly cheap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control over deliverables.
Overview of risk management as well as great dashboards in this area.
SLM process workflow with the customer, securing approvals from different stakeholders in a centralized and automated way.
Invoice validation against pricebook in the contract.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work closely with the Sirion Project team and clearly articulate your needs. They will be able to come up with ways that their plataform can help you with your challenges.
Sirion has a strong workflow engine. Work with them to help you automate and improve the day to day tasks of your team and customer.
Sirion works better when the 2 parties of a contract work in it! Customer onboarding may not be essential but it does add a lot of value.

Successfully managing complex services as agreed between the parties

What do you like best about the product?
The tool enables the governance and obligations of both parties with a completeness in view. The potential to implement the different modules and make the interaction between supplier and customer complements the traditional ways of working. The Sirion team is very professional and works closely together with us to make neccessary adaptations and improvements to fit our needs. The implementation of the tool will push the need for standardisation in how we sell, procure and manage service delivery, thus increasing the awareness of what it takes to provide complex services and the status of the fulfillment becomes transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of the tool in exiting teams and major legacy engagement has a learning curve that needs to be considered at decision to implement. It needs dedication and from time to time also benefit from scrutinizing our own standardisation to benefit fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The original intent is to realize the potential of the agreements to fulfil all responsibilities but also to keep track of all agreed values that might otherwise be lost. The distribution of responsibilities in the organisation is removing the issue of things falling between the chairs. There is also a great value to be realized to visualize and track different aspects such as service level fulfilment, invoicing and certain process steps that are othewise not measurable by a regular business management tool. The tool has a focus on governance between the parties that should also be used for all modules in order to obtain the gratest win in efficency and visibility.
