What do you like best about the product?
• Being able to auto-extract contract clauses in various languages using AI, populating of meta-data directly into Sirion, which can be used for reporting.
• User-friendly Dashboard creation and reporting and customizing the views on the user level.

What do you dislike about the product?
• Not being able to migrate a subfolder contract to another contract on the same supplier. That requires deletion of the folder and recreate the folder under the new contract.
• The contracts cannot be arranged chronologically; all new contracts created are going down in the hierarchy, even if maybe the contracts are older.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Having all the contacts linked to a supplier in the same place, in a structured hierarchy.
Being able to assign a contract to an owner and send reminders concerning the actions that need to take on a contract level.
Using the communication channel within Sirion, reduces the number of emails received and facilitates taking action on the proper Contract ID.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I'm able to compare and track various contracts
2. I'm not only able to compare our templates but vendor paper as well
3. Clause library and guidance notes for clauses are usefull

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs in tool can cause either complete stoppage of the process or the need to re-start the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New user to the tool, but benefits so far seem to be the ease to track different variations of contracts and changes made.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and easy to follow. This is important as anyone should be able to use one of these tools

It can include a lot of work at times but thats also on the team to try and work out what can be chaged etc

Support for the invoice process has been substantial. Most benefits are intangible as its more customer reputation

SirionLabs is a complete and very professional Contract Life Cycle Management toolset.
What do you like best about the product?
An extensive list, but I can mention which I like the most
a) Good UI interfaces
b) Insight; this gives clear visibility of all aspects of vendor performance.
c) One can see RACI clearly on the workflows, who need to do what etc.
d) Easy to configure Vendors/Contract
e) Obligation, Performance modules, which are best in class.

The governance module needs enhancements similar to other modules.

With this module we are effectively managing overall value, performance, risk for all our key vendor relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide area of possible functionalities. The commitment of Sirion team. Ongoing development of tool. Very helpful additional functionalities are delivered (free of charge) with new releases. Very interesting/promising developments in the pipeline. Partnership behaviour of Sirion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developments sometimes take too long, resp. testing and fixing of issues of new developments. Area of template-management has room for improvement.

Using Sirion toolset increases time to deliver daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Due to a lack of automation and toolset integration, all tasks being done two times.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is always room for improvement, in regards to the time it takes when development is needed in the tool. However, given the complexity of our organization's needs, Sirion still performs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sirion's product has helped our organization detect errors that, otherwise, would have a financial impact and ensuring no task or obligation has been left behind.

• Manual input required for Service Level Management
• Lack of automated data-feed
• Both of the above for the SLA management part create additional effort to get to the end-results. At this stage it is easier to work on data in Excel spreadsheets

• Reminders for crucial contract obligations – good help with managing recurring obligations
A robust contract management solution - to quickly generate hard savings and increase efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is user-friendly, quickly implemented (about 10 weeks for pre-signature or post-signature features) and adopted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very sophisticated solution loaded with features (especially the post-signature portion to manage contract performance) and priced accordingly

The solution enables the capture of the contract leakages and thus generates hard savings.
