The Most User-Friendly Platform—Fast, Helpful, and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most user-friendly platform I’ve ever used. The interface is fast, resources are easy to find, and the tools are genuinely useful and always close at hand when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about—I like everything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the most efficient feature of this platform is that it takes corrections made to one segment and applies them to similar segments. I find this especially helpful because it saves me from having to correct or translate the same kinds of segments over and over.
Effortless Terminology Consistency and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can search a term in my translation and see all mentions on the same screen, which is a great feature for me. This is especially helpful for meticulous translators like me to ensure consistency in the translation of a certain term in the same file, and it's very helpful when I want to change a specific term in the entire document. Plus, the initial setup of the Phrase Localization Platform was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Phrase Localization Platform for translation into Arabic. It solves consistency issues, missing terms, translates complex texts, and lets me search and change terms easily, ensuring consistent quality.
Smooth Transition, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Phrase Localization Platform to be quite a friendly user experience. The preview feature helps me understand the context better and shape my choice of words more precisely. The initial setup was very smooth, which I appreciated. After switching from MemoQ because our clients preferred Phrase, I found it more friendly, and we decided to stick with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option of accepting the assignment could be improved. I would love it if the option were visible on the first page, and once you click accept under the status, it should be accepted right there without taking you to another new page.

Phrase Localization Platform provides easy reference to termbases and offers work previews, helping to understand context better and choose the right words.
Efficient and User-Friendly with Versatile Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Phrase Localization Platform for its versatility and easiness of use. The smart and modern user interface really stands out for me. The speed and usability of the platform are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes with Phrase Localization Platform so far. I came to it after trying several tools and enjoy using it. I think it would be nice to have a tool to manage SDL/Trados packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Phrase Localization Platform enhances my translation work with speed and usability. I appreciate its versatility, ease of use, and the smart, modern user interface.
Phrase: An Agile, Practical CAT Tool on Desktop and Online
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is by far the most agile and practical CAT tool, both the desktop app as the online version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really miss the option that allows to propagate segments (and also ask for confirmation (optiona) to replace confirmed segments) into the previous confirmed segments, as this leads to inconsistencies when you make a change further in the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Free for translators, so allows me to work without having to pay for CAT licences, and also it's lighweight, so I can work even with limited conectivty, like when I'm out.
Intuitive, Fast Translation Tool That Keeps Terminology Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
Especially on big jobs, it makes translating so much easier. The concordance search is particularly helpful for regular clients’ terminology, and the filters help ensure consistency. Machine translation also streamlines everything and is surprisingly accurate. When collaborating with agencies, I know the other translators on the same project are using the same TM as I am, which saves hours of liaising with PMs, and the AI speeds everything up. The pricing feels in proportion to the services it offers. It’s instantly intuitive and requires zero training, even for the IT-challenged. Reliable and fast, I don’t know how I would manage without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, it has become a sixth sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier liasing with PMs and instant intervention on problemati source texts, speeds up work and means I can work from any computer ANYWHERE in the world!

I cannot say anything I dislike, all features are cleary displayed and it's very easy to use.

It helps me to deliver a better, faster and consistent translation
Easy Task Assignment and Clear Progress Tracking for Translation Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it very easy to assign translation tasks and track project progress. The filtering tools and task overview are especially helpful when reviewing PT-BR translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the platform may be temporarily unavailable, which can briefly interrupt the workflow, but overall it works well for managing translation tasks.

Phrase centralizes translation assignments and project tracking in one place. This helps keep PT-BR projects organized and makes coordination with translators more efficient.
Excellent Academic Support and Hands-On CAT Tool Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Academic support from Phrase is a great chance for translation studies students. Thanks to Phrase, our students can gain experience with CAT tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about. They respond very quickly, and they have many solutions for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CAT tools are generally expensive to use. Alternative CAT tools also don’t really provide the kind of academic support students need, even though the Phrase team has already considered positioning this solution as a form of academic support.
Streamlines Localization with Unified Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Phrase Localization Platform brings everyone involved in localization into a smooth workflow. It really stands out in how it removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with localization. Instead of having developers, project managers, and translators working in separate tools and passing files back and forth, everyone works in the same platform with clear roles and visibility. I also appreciate how we could decide to import things gradually, and that transition was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows around bulk actions can require a lot of clicks, that could be simplified.
