A pleasant one!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI in general is user-friendly and helps us, linguists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home page, which, in the new format, is kinda messy (I like and use the old version). Never used the Customer Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing everything a linguist could need to perform his/her job.
The platform is intuitive, easy to find features and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, which makes it very easy to work with. All the features are well localized and easy to find and the QA is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the current layout of the tools in the rigt side, but that's because I'm not used to it yet. I also think that the concordance search feature could be more comprehensive but that has to do with the TM uploaded by the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to decrease the time used to translated by updating automatically the repeated segments which makes my time more effective.
Phrase, one of the best platforms for translating and reviewing texts.
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Phrase very frequently. The Phrase Localization Platform is user-friendly, easy to use and full of helpful functions to complete jobs quickly and faithfully. Aditionally the platform is being further developed according to the wishes of its users. And the suppot is always available with a short response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to other localization platforms there is nothing to complain about. Since the beginning of using the platform it has been further developed. Issues that may have bothered me at the beginning have disappeared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The free online provision of Phrase from the company I work for is a blessing. Phrase is assisting me with its functions to translate challenging source texts to receive a satisfying result. Through this platform I can save money and time, which is essential for my position as a freelance translator.

-Occasional server issues (can't log in, slow access, etc.) that interfere with deadlines when the timing is bad.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase increases translation speed for files with preset word databases and numerous word repetitions,
making it possible to handle file volumes that normally would have not been possible (solely with the likes of Word, etc.).

A reliable tool that is simple to use apart from a bit advanced options.

It is most helpful to cut down the translation time and keep the terminoligy unified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of features like creating memory for similar projects so that similar/same parts of a text are automatically translated like in a previous translated text is complicated.

Tight deadlines can be met, so I can do more work/translations.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for rapid distribution of translation assignments by the agency; receiving the communication directly to the e-mail address with the link to the translation allows the client to decide whether to accept it or not and to communicate this to the client in real time. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even when it comes to using the Quality check function and translation memory search. As a result, the translation flow is fast and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tag management a little less convenient than in other CAT tools (e.g. Studio), but that's probably just a matter of habit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase platform allows you to maintain good consistency throughout the text, facilitates search and replacement of terms, speeds up work due to auto-propagation (which can be conveniently turned off). this makes my work much faster and hassle-free.
Very easy to use, QA extremely thorough and helpful

Very user-friendly, the filter is very helpful to make corrections and check consistency of terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program should automatically confirm 100% matches. I find this extremely annoying, when I have to confirm for instance x times the number 1... I don´t know if this can be ajusted in configuration, I couldn-t find it.

Localization with Phrase
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients have switched to Phrase from other CAT tools so I use it a lot. It is easy to use and enhances my productivity. It is easy to handle different accouts/logins for different clients too. The filtering functions are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike a bit is the concordance searches, which I feel could be handled a little better for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me handle many different requests from many different clients in a very user-friendly way.
Smooth and useful

Using it with a TM loaded for specialized vocabulary and it works really well

Can't always figure out hotkey shortcuts

Using it with an agency for a specialised task which it does really seamlessly

The Phrase localization platform is easy to use, all tools are clearly displayed and the QA process is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hide "ignored" segment in the QA is hidden and difficult to find. Once the preference for hiding ignored segments is done, it should be kept like this.
