What do you dislike about the product?
The user roles could be improved to allow the creation of personalised user roles according to our needs.
And the other thing I like least is the bugs in the Figma plugin.

Easy to use and I can use it on my phone or computer
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some features that were not easy to use on my phone like to put the automatic translation from Deepl. On your phone, the section with the translation is not really visible or easy to click on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use/receive comments directly on the translation I did so it avoids sending emails back and forth.
I like the key system and the framework in general, it's easy to use.
Everything is sorted out, no need to use an Excel anymore with lots of tabs and authorization issues.

Perfect cloud workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most, is the mobility it offers. I can start my work on my desktop and continue on my laptop without any hassle. The server always works at best and I had no issues regarding the workflow. Also, having a Desktop Editor is one of the best features of Phrase. It works very fluently and offers great features close to the paid offline tools. In terms of mobility, I use the Desktop editor both on Desktop and Laptop. For now, not using the Phrase Android tool bu planning to embed it in my workflow for quick checks, edits, etc. I also use the exporting feature a lot because sometimes I need to work offline. It is easy to export, and import files. So this feature is also the one I like most about Phrase.
I use Phrase for close to half of the total working time. As a freelancer, this depends on my customers of course and actually, I've suggested switching to using Pharese from other cloud tools a couple of times because of ease of use, integration, and advanced features.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I am not a fan of the Web Editor as it depends on the resources of the browser, sometimes it is slow, and wait times are rather more. So I prefer the Desktop editor for that reason mostly. Some vendors do enable exporting though.
Other than that, I had some issues regarding the termbase settings as it does not identify some special characters or suffixes. I believe this may be solved by the project/termbase settings but as a freelance translator, I've never been on that side. So this could be general feedback only.

It is the best cloud CAT tool I use, so it gives me great mobility.
Simple, Fast and Intuitive localisation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have lead the implementation of Phrase in my company and we have now beeing using Phrase for about a year.
Since its implementation our localization processes have run smoothly - we used to dedicate many hours and people to process new translations, with Phrase we have significantly reduce the time invested.
Phrase was simple to implement, it's easy to use and has great customer support - anytime I have a question I get a quick and well structure answer.
Worth to mention, with machine translations our translators process new translations quickly and effortlessy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The "excluding keys" feature could use some improvements. Currently it's possible to look for words and bulk exclude all keys which include that world, nevertheless the order of the worlds within the key is ignored etc. This makes the bulk feature being not always 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us saving considerable amount of time in processing translations (mainly thanks to machine translations)
Helping us guarantee better translation quality thanks to the "verification" feature

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a remarkable level of convenience and user friendliness. To be honest, adapting to the new editor was a bit challenging, but once you become accustomed to it, the transition became much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typically, I work on a page that's split into three main vertical sections, each containing multiple subsections, which can occasionally lead to complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a bridge.
Great tool for managing translations in big react apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new strings for multiple languages and the ability to send strings to be translated via Jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the branch features are not very well described and implemented
