Iit has been a promising experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
Broad Range of File Formats: Phrase TMS supports a wide array of file formats, making it highly versatile for handling diverse project requirements. Whether it's documents, websites, or software localization, this tool excels at handling various file types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Reporting and Analytics: One area where Phrase TMS could be improved is the reporting and analytics section. The current metrics are somewhat basic and might not provide the in-depth insights some users require for performance evaluation and project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform's support for various file formats allows us to handle a diverse range of projects without the need for additional tools, streamlining our workflow and improving productivity.
It's simple and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive. The interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be too slow, especially if the Source file is too big.

It's one of the most straightforward CAT tools to use.

Good tool for supporting localisation in multiple languages
What do you like best about the product?
The smooth addition of term bases in multiple languages and how I can use them with projects and jobs. This helps to increase the engagement with translators while reducing the time for said engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently there was a big update on the design/look and feel and the change was pretty big. I was used to the old interface and it took me a while to understand the now one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to localise our digital applications in multiple languages while engaging specialists into the process. I also really like how we can activate machine translations easily whenever needed (from multiple providers to choose from).
Agile and complete online tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and has all the functionality needed to translate any document. Shortcuts are handy to make work more efficient. The tools are condensed in the side panel, which is excellent and makes using the TB, QA and TM a bit easier. I love the feature that allows all files assigned in a project to be opened like one big file, so searching and unifying terms is way easier than in other tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the sensitivity of the QA engine, which doesn't allow to omit some repeated errors like a batch. Also, I wouldn't say I like that sometimes tags and text formatting get jumbled and the error that the tool lists does not help to know what is wrong. Refreshing the page also "resets" the pointer position so in large files is a burden to go back to the last edited segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a tool that is available everywhere, so I can work no matter where I am or what device I have at hand. Assignments from PMs are straightforward to manage.

It's practical, reliable, user friendly, accessible from any device and allows me to organize and save my translations in an almost optimal manner

For the new features suggestions, not the optimal responsiveness from the support team

ease of access - translation asset management - ability to track progress for all workflows

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Filter because I can quickly check where the term is in the sentence. That is helpful. Because sometimes, the sentence is too long, and if I have to find it myself, I will be tired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I felt that the Search could not find what I wanted to find. There must be a sentence in the TM, but when I try to search, there is no sentence. I guess I will see.

I can work with other people; when there have TB and TM, I can read references and work more quickly. I can see all the jobs and projects here. And when I finish the work, I can Complete it.
It is user-friendly, and easy to start even for a beginner.

Viewing each segment and joining the relevant segments are easily available. This is convenient for me, because some documents are not correctly reflected in segments due to the format content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inserting tags are not available at random. When tags need to be inserted not in the order, I will sometimes get confused about which tag should come next. Tags should be separately inserted instead of in the order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the source text in segments enables me to proceed with the translation without confusion. This helps me optimize the efficiency including the translation as well as the overall review for the target text.

You need edit manually the decimal separator in target language

To solve localization problems and help achieve better results with machine translation
i would like to suggest other colleague to use Memsource where we can share termbase, memory terms.
What do you like best about the product?
machine translation takes memory from my previous works, so it become less and less modification after some 'educatino' to memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to intergrate with some clients' restrictions that Phrase localization still can not achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase TMS helps me in volume translation projects where I can easily find my previous translation (actually this is one of the best benefits that I like this program).
