Super handy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is a super handy translation tool, very user-friendly. What I find most useful is that you can filter by words so you can be sure to translate those words uniformly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, there is simply nothing to dislike, in my opinion.

It allows a smooth workflow and an easy-to-navigate tool sparing me a lot of complicated processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use especially for beginners, affordable and high quality translation software.

At times the QA can be unhelpful and tedious to go through.

Flexible working with clients, free to use, easy user interface
Phrase is a very user-friendly TMS. It provides all the functions that TMS should have.
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some TMSs with very complex layouts, the UI of Phrase is simple and clear, and each functional area is arranged reasonably. The setting of function keys is also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (not often), too many tags are inserted when importing source files, which will be very troublesome when translating. Not sure if this issue could be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since more and more LSPs are choosing Phrase, I don't have to learn different TMSs to complete translation tasks. It could be pretty complicated and time-consuming.
Easy, simple, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I think is much simpler and more intuitive than the rest of the CAT tools. It does not feel heavy on the eyes, which is so important when working long hours. Other tools are so full of unnecessary colors and buttons. It feels better for my mental health, somehow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite demanding to copy and paste the tags. It would be so much better if I did not have to do that. Besides, the segmentation is not always correct. But well, with complex formats this is quite normal I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do translations, so this is great for dealing with the linguistic part only. It just makes my job much easier. It's easy to use. Very practical. And the display is excellent. I don't have to do weird things. I just do my job.
Useful, practical and well maintained.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and requires no training to get started. It makes it simple to build term bases and maintain multiple languages. Managing and administering various types of projects is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that there is no option to import certain files. The software really should allow for both importing and exporting files to make it more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The latest update feels more user-friendly. Phrase has been attentive to our feedback and continues to be both reliable and stable.

It is a user friendly platform. Intuitive menus.

The platform lacks of more robust QA tools for translators.

Productivity and consistency
Phrase TMS is my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. I can even work offline and download files. I didn't need to spend much time trying to learn it. When the agencies I work with offer me a license of Phrase TMS to work, I know it will save me time. Also, the price is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually cannot think of something I dislike. This is my favorite tool when working on my translation projects. There is even a free trial. I guess the only thing I'd change is to extend the trial period to one month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very intuitive. I don't need to click buttons to find glossary or terminology; it's right there while I work on the file. I can deliver great translations without spending too much time on them.
The best CAT software in town, maybe the world
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features in Phrase: the display, the side panel with information and TB, the clear way to highlight misspellings and the easiness to correct them, not to mention the speed with which the machine learning operates to incorporate your translation choices into the engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't know. Some glitches occur occasionally, but the team always corrects them promptly and effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that machine learning is so effective. I can also trust Phrase to be fast and correct. I especially like the autocomplete feature and the way it points out very clearly the eventual mistakes: It may sound like a given, but if you compare it to other CAT software in the market, you would know that it is not.
Easy and user-friendly tool for linguists
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with different sorts of engines speeds up my translation process and improves the overall quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particular so far. New features are constantly being added to make it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation of repetitive texts is quickly done with translation memory features. Terminology can also be easily harmonized.
