Phrase is great for collaboration in aligning the user experience of the copy/translations

Collaboration with different parties is so much easier in Phrase than in competing options

Collaboration with different users is great in Phrase. Creating jobs for translators makes it easy to manage complex entities with multiple languages

I like auto-suggested memory words for translation, they are the most accurate.

Takes more time to load the landing page.

It reduces the translation time by suggesting memory words.
Great solution for mobile localization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy management of translations files and translation orders. It allowed us to correctly and easily translates our mobile apps.

Pricing based on number of users having access to the app. Could be costly if you have translators in your team.

Great Ease in Translating with Phrase
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive and very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I did not find any particular downfalls with using Phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its database, I can be very consistent when I translate some parts or some texts I already translated before, without losing time to search in my notes.
Its a great experience and helps me work fast and in a timely manner.

I like Phrase because its an amazing tool of work specially for translation because it keeps me up to date with the vocabularies and allow me a fast way of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well for me the downsides of this tool called Phrase is because every work that I finish in case I do something wrong I wont be able to go back and fix it, I would like a small feature that can tell me like "Are you sre to complete this work and close your access to Phrase once completed" something like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well Phrase help me to solve all the problems that I could have with a Machine tranbslation because it detects it on time and allow me to fix, any sentences that is wrong and help me manage better the translation itself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of translation and the use of TM.
Effective tool for translating documents with repetition
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to standardize vocabulary or fixed phrases. And also very easy to change the translation for those. The QA phase gives warning to different translations for a certain text, but still allows for those differences to remain, depending on the decision by the translator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it only deals with text sentences, sometimes it's hard to see the context that is implied in the position of a sentence or the texts are referring to a graph or a figure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes standardized translation very easy. This is a real time-saver. Retrieving similar sentences from other parts of a document is helpful too. Automatic glossary feature is a time-saver, as well as a trouble-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bilingual windows, the ability to choose TM to help you. QA is great too. It makes my work faster and ensures quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive and sometimes desrupts.

I am not sure. But it is helpful for translators/ freelancers.
A Great Translation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it uses my older work and suggests solutions in new sentences. It is also easy to use, and the QA is most helpful. It is a bit different from Trados Studio, which I also use, but both programs are great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I translate into Icelandic, a small language with under 400,000 users, so the TM is not that extensive. Also, it is a complicated language, so the MT's suggestions are often useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading my own translations and occasionally those of other translators becomes much easier when using Phrase, saving me time and energy, instead of using MS Word or such.
Good features but big problems with tags
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Phrase is definitely the app. I once had problems with my computer and could deliver my assignment on time using the app because it works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Phrase is the tags system. It frequently produces hundreds of tags for each segment for a simple letter on Word. It often causes delays in the deliveries, or the translators and editors feel overstressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not aware of what actual problems Phrase is solving right now. I've noticed a chance in the colours and UX design in general, and I like better how it looks now.
