Efficient, user-friendly, time and money saving, a way to consistency
What do you like best about the product?
Functionalities, effectiveness, pricing module, the new jobs module, transparency, efficient work with TB and TM
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know yet :-) Once I find some bugs or think of some modules that can be added, I will sure let you know :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency of translations - various translators using the same terminology; as a PM I have perfect control over what is happening, how fast is the project running and where potential bugs can arise; I don't have to do pricing manually, generally, if it works well, I don't have to send any e-mails, I can concentrate on the workflow, have a clear idea about when the project will be finished.
Simple to use and works great with Figma
What do you like best about the product?
The Figma integration was the feature that brought my attention to this software, I am pleased to say it works well. In particular, the ability to sync the Figma design file to the phrase app so that the designers can push and pull translations to the file greatly improves my efficiency when working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to spot duplicated strings could be improved upon. The app functions well in preventing duplicated keys but there is nothing to highlight to a user when they a using duplicated strings. This is an annoyance for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Phrase is solving that is benefiting me is the ability to have a database to store all our translated strings. This single source of truth allows for the designers and developers to stay in sync when working
Easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
The Figma plugin. As a designer, I find the Figma plugin very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screenshot management isn't easy and intuitive enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage translations for our internationalisation requirements in our products and designs.

Make sure you have a good/flexible naming convention for your keys.

What do you like best about the product?
A quick, simple and cost-effective way to translate our web app and mobile app into a plethora of languages. Plus there is a very attentive customer services team on hand for newbies like me to help navigate the obvious and not-to-obvious things in Phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI quirks that will be ironed out, but nothing life-threatening. From a personal perspective, I would like to see Kannada translations added to the platform

It has a great ability to allow our developers to add contextual translation from our various platforms to show how the translation works from English to various languages

Too small amount of free characters, sometimes the service shows errors

Phrase is the tool for managing i18n
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase manage well to get all the translation from the development codebase and then merge it all with one workflow, thanks to connectors

Phrase allow translators to not deal with the codebase directly
Memsource is very straightforward to use, making it definitely one of my favourite CAT tools
What do you like best about the product?
Memesource is so easy to master in comparison to other CAT tools but is just as well developed as the rest.

I would prefer it if it wasn't only accessible online.

The MT aspect is very useful and saves me a lot of time when translating.
Memsource is a true inspiration to me, as a professional translator
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Mensourse is the simplicity of its user interface, comparing it to other CAT tools. Anytime I use Memsourse for my translation project, its simple and well-organized UI gives me a pleasant translation experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Memsourse does to improve on their already excellent service delivery is to add a few more African languages to the machine translation engine. I wish to, one day, translate from English to Ewe or Twi (Ghanaian local languages) without any fear of mistranslation.

With Memsource, I am always able to deliver timely and accurate service to my clients. Memsource is extremely reliable in terms of the quality and the speed it enables me to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Memsource since 2012. For me it's the most reliable, easy-to-use and fast translation tool. I translated thousands of pages of different texts in various formats in English, Russian and German as a Memsource user, project manager and proofreader/editor. It's indispensable when you need to ensure quality and consistency of translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after newly added segments overwrite previous ones, it's necessary to double check segments pretranslated from 100% and 101% matches and auto propagations

I use Memsource for translations and QA of projects translated by other translators. It provides quality and consistency and saves time. Fir sure, it helps increase business performance
