Really nice for handling translations for several countries
What do you like best about the product?
In our case it's really useful to handle translations for web app and mobile applications.
We found particularly useful when we wanted to handle release notes of several country with automation.

I think it can be improved the UI of the website to make it more interesting for the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are handling different applications that are using different languages so thanks to phrase we are making easier handling the translations separating the job of the content designer from the developer one.
Perfect match to manage and control your translations
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, the thing I like the most is branching. We can leave out translations to our professionals without worrying about showing too much on our website. This tool is a perfect match for Gitflow Workflow.
Another thing is being able to apply custom tags - it's a great way to keep your translations nice and clean.

What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be perfect if You could merge your branch to other branches, but even without that, it's great to be able to use branches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our multilingual website, we needed a tool that would let us work on translations without the risk of showing just the part of the work. Changing keys was time-consuming and made our process longer and troublesome - that was the main reason why we were looking for another solution, and Phrase helped us with that. The other problem was making our designs with not up-to-date translations, and Figma integration was a great help.

Very user-friendly. Self-explanatory. Great TM functionality. I recommend it to translators (beginners or more experienced).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it erases works from users on the free option from time to time.

The most helpful thing about phrase for me personally is the ability to translate a lot of data in an organized manner

In our work we use phrase for translations and it cuts down time as it offers a systematic approach for translations
Insightful course with hands-on tips
What do you like best about the product?
The best practices provided to enhance productivity and speed in post-editing were extremely useful and helped me improve my MTs workflow in Memsource as well as in other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The second part of the webinar was mainly focused on statistics and lacked the practical insights that were given in the first session. All in all, however, it was interesting to get a deeper insights on the pros and cons of MTPE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The course helped me use Memsource more proficiently. The use of shortcuts proved beneficial. I will sulery put these good advices into good use in my MTPE projects.
Great tool for localisation, with some needed improvements when it comes to the API
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. Branches make the development lifecycle pretty convenient. API is good enough, but it needs some improvement to further enable fully automated development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API seem to be a bit immature, with many needed improvements like having the ability to do batch operations (updating keys in batches, etc). The UI can be a bit more intuitive as well.

Handling localization and translations in our core projects. Being able to allow differently stakeholders to chanhe localizations on the spot. Being able to use the API and CLI tool!
The best CAT-tool to show the students how TM- and MT- technologies work
What do you like best about the product?
Before this year, I introduced Trados first but then decided to try Memsource for the students not familiar with CAT-tools. And it worked far better as Memsource is easier to start with and is not as complex as other CAT-tools. Students enjoy working in couples, peer review, group work experience, and other activities possible in Memsource. Excellent client support and user-friendly interface. Glad we've had the academic program with Memsource since 2018!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Student Certification page didn't work this year. Hope to find the way out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the number of students in my introductory course increased from 30 to 100, Memsource has become a handy instrument to teach the basics of CAT-tools. Happy to have Academic Program with them!

Memsource is a very convenient and user-friendly tool

User-friendly interface with many features displayed right on the editor screen, such as concordance (TM) and termbases.

There is nothing I dislike about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Term consistency and typos. I can avoid almost all errors because Memsource always shows if something thing is not ok.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the function "open all files" at the same time for consistency

What do you like best about the product?
When I first integrated Phrase into our product, I was a junior engineer in my first role. It was easy to use and did exactly what we needed. We've been able to keep growing and expanding use cases since then. For future projects, it would be the first place I would go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, we didn't feel like we needed the integration part of it, and I didn't love that if we just wanted to order some translations periodically that we had to keep the service active. Now we use the service parts of it, so this has come full circle and isn't an issue, but having an a la carte feature would be nice. Especially because I am not sure it would be worth it to use if I were only translating a few lines of copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to translate our application. The biggest benefit now as our application has grown is the GitHub integration part. With more engineers touching the code, it lets me just click a button to order new translations and then creates a PR right then and there for the changes once they come back.
