Disappointing support
What do you like best about the product?
- Language translation can be monitored by project

What do you dislike about the product?
- As a new Product Localization Manager, I wanted to get to know the Phrase tool: I contacted support and our AM several times to do an Onboarding: it was not possible. No one was able to give me some time to show me how the tool works.
- In case of problems, the support is not reactive.
-No overall follow-up on all ongoing projects
- Can't create custom tags
- No role for the proofreader or copywriter
- Lack of connection with other tools we have for content management

Love this tool so much
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer I love that phrase isn't just a tool purely for the web. It deeps integrates into my design process and lets me preview translations in my design files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't really think of any downsides to Phrase of yet. Our developers have enjoyed using it and the process of adding different locales to our product has become as easy as translating our keys online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was app localization and OTA fixes to copy. Phrase has done a great job at fixing both of those things for us. Instead of having to wait for app releases to change translations or typo's we can now just do it ad-hoc.

There is no way to export screenshots with keys.

Great Translation and Post-Editing Translation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate and has helpful tools to always improve
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the columns of text are very large which makes it harder to proofread the post-edited version of the text. Switching to a bigger view would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pre-translated versions are very good and only sometimes need corrections. It's great to see what machine translation is able to do.
A value of experience is made in greater detail, with more accuracy and speed.

It has some problems with the Persian language.

It improves translation accuracy.
The platform is helpful and handy in translation with friendly interface, termbase and TM.

I love how Memsource integrates TM and termbase in such an accessible way.
Memsource can also be used in Mac OS computers, which I, a Macbook user, appreciate so much.

I think in the task list, any done tasks should be highlighted for easier follow-up during the production.

I have been doing translation on Memsource and realize it is a fast and easy platform to do translation as a profession.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Memsource for more than 3 years now and I have to say that after the MTPE training organized by Memsource I learned about a lot of new features that could make my work much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Memsource is the QA which sometimes detects issues that aren't ones. Other than that, Memsource is an extremely easy and efficient tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Memsource as a translator and proofreader, and Memsource has helped me maintain consistent terminology throughout texts and projects thanks to its term base.
Easy CAT tool

Bugs - sometimes the system does not respond because of some significant global error.
In the web version, one cannot find and replace.
Sometimes the preview does not work as the file format is not fully readable.
Sometimes, tags can be too much and challenging to manage.
