My #1 CAT tool
What do you like best about the product?
A very easy to learn, yet efficient solution, my experience of using this CAT tool has been very positive and the support from Memsource has been professional and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use my own transaltion memory and termbase. Sometimes Memsource is painfully slow, even on a fast Internet connection. No way to show tracked changes inline in the Memsource editor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on my translation and editing projects with Memsource, and I have no financial concern about it. I feel more or less productive, also business performance.

User-friendly and easy-to-use translation tool. Excellent way to complete translation jobs quickly and hassle-free.

At this point, I haven't faced any negative features.

Fast and easy way to do my translation jobs.

A lot of useful features, intuitive control and a nice design.

You should always pick up the file format. It cannot be picked automatically by Memsource.

Automatization of translation. It is the most convenient tool for linguist.

What do you like best about the product?
The Interface really helps the new joiners to integrate themselves to the team. The control of the actions by the steakholders is easy and simple via the app. Recomended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app does not work very well, but after the latest updates the core has been a lot more stable and easy to work with. The Development team is very helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping to translate an app for the company I work for. The team is all over the world but we still able to acomplish the goal together thru the app.

The auto completion is really great and easy to use

Sometimes it's not easy to visualize what is the object to translate, and where it is on a product, so we don't always have enough context to translate efficently

I can have my product in every language easily and quickly, and each translator is autonomous. also the change on my product is immediate
Helpful tool for mobile applications
What do you like best about the product?
The way to update the mobile app strings over the air

All seems to be good. A refresh of the user interface is welcome as always.

We was able to integrate the iOS SDK and use the OTA solution to update strings without a release on the App Store

The Phrase Localization Platform is simply the best tool available for localization professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is easy to use, has tons of great documentation, and a dedicated and helpful support team that really cares about their customers. It works well as a system and it allows for increased productivity and greater accuracy in the translation sector. Recently, it underwent a graphical overhaul that has simplified and improved the user experience, while maintaining the same reliable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have come across any particular downside while using Phrase. So far, the experience has been excellent, and I look forward to their new developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase is helping me work closely with my translation clients, by ensuring a smooth workflow between their needs and how to best meet them. In essence, it reduces unnecessary steps in the delivery of quality translation content.

Phrase/Memsource is friendly and easy to use. All the filter possibilities are great, especially with big projects.

I wish the QA tool would be more efficient and thorough in catching inconsistencies for example, it would be great if QA issues would come up every time the Termbase isn't followed.
Also, some file formats create many additional tags, so you have to work around that, which involves extra work; it would be great if that could be prevented.

-Having organized translation assets (TM, TB, etc.) for each language combination and client.
-Everybody works more productively and efficient.
-Phrase/Memsource saves you time, you can catch errors and fix them easily before reviewing final files.
-The bilingual format option saves us a lot of time with clients that require internal reviews.

The most powerful, convenient, and customer-friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Memsource is the best for me because it works on any platform (I am both Windows 11/Linux Mint user). It has intuitive UI, multiple features, MTQE and robust MT connectivity, lightweight desktop app, fast and friendly user support.
What do you dislike about the product?
TM alignment conducted in an XLSX file (although this can be actually considered an advantage for some). A student ID card-based subscription would be nice to allow students to benefit from PRO features while they are still students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memsource allows me to translate content directly from WWW over Wordpress connector. I am able to manage projects (split and share with other freelancers) using the first tier subscription. It has made me more flexible and competitive.
