What do you like best about the product?
That it feels and functions more like a (classic) word processor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears to be a bit circumstantial to set up a translation tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have just recently set up Memsource to assess its functionality
Helps a lot with managing languages on multiple devices & screen sizes

What do you dislike about the product?

Tool that makes Translations finaly easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the general concept and idea of the phrase platform. We use it in our project for 6 months and it made my PO, my designer and my developer's life much easier. It was no problem at all to migrate our "old" texts into the phrase via direct Android String import. Additionally, we use already the Sketch Plugin for Linking the screens directly which works quite nicely. Its a lot of work but it is nice to have.
It works very well for our "white label" product. I can just recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I notice here and there some minor issues in the platform. We used to lose our complete translations once but luckily we were able to recover it with the help of the admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traceability and visibility of translations. Speed of translations process, Micro adaption in translations, Assisting in the design phase, Easy text import/export.
Great tool for multi language projects
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and very initiative. I also like that you have machine translate (sometimes it's way off, but often shortens translating time).
What do you dislike about the product?
Current machine translating is Microsoft translate. It would be nice to have choice of other translate providers.
Downside of Phrase is also, you cannot directly see what you are translating. You can see only text but not the whole context (for example where on the webpage is the text located). I don't know if they will be able to improve this. Very difficult task.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For multi language projects this tool is great. You can have concrete description about translation. You can also comment translation with other translators in project. Also nice functionality is history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to parametrise text you are translating! Whatever program you are making, parametrise text. It will make translation easier. If you have troubles with importing languages that are only half translated, you can use Phrase to input default language to missing translations. So you will have all parameters filled with text.

What do you like best about the product?
the suggestion section was probably the most efficient tool for my translations needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX can be improved. layout/buttons location and design.
the suggestions tab is not displayed by default (context is), and some users might miss it.

Automate your translation process
What do you like best about the product?
With Phrase we managed to fully automate updating the translations in our iOS and Android applications which saves many hours of development time and reduces the number of translation errors and bug fixes. It also makes managing translations easier for our Product Owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the website could be improved but once you get the hang of it it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wasted many hours by manually copying the translations from a spreadsheet to our localisation files, with Phrase we managed to fully automate this process. With the OTA localisation update our QA engineers immediately can fix any translation issues without any help from a developer.

Easy translation management
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase does the job well and lets translators and editors work on huge projects in harmony without stepping on each other's toes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be trimmed a bit to allow for a bigger and more readable translation box, which after all is the whole point of Phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to follow-up on comments regarding context and to track down whatever needs to be translated or edited. There's a full history of all the edits and an easy to use glossary, which is much appreciated.
