Much easier Platform to use than others
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Phrase for almost a decade (when it was named "Memsource"). It is easy to use and intuitive, and you can easily translate projects. It supports Right-to-left Languages, which is a great feature, and Tags can be added easily, so there is there is no confusion here. The QA process is decent and you can understand the platform once you use it. I use it now daily since I have multiple clients using it and I honestly prefer it over the alternative this the online platform is the easiest to use among the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were a way to find out which account belongs to which client! In other words, I have six clients using Phrase, each with a different username and password. When I get a link to log in to work on it, I need to remember which username/password I need to use to log in for this particular project. It is even more complicated when they all use variations of "my email+year" or "provide_my email" where I need to log in and out multiple times to find the correct account.
I really don't know how this can be resolved, but it would be an amazing feature if there is a way to fix this issue! :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my work faster and help me benefiting from the Translation Memories and past translations/projects to complete the next ones.

I recently had the opportunity to use the Phrase Localization Platform as a voluntary translator for Translators Without Borders (TWB), and I couldn’t be more impressed. I learned about Phrase Localization Platform when I started collaborating Translation Without Borders as a volunteer translator, and I was impressed with the features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward, fast, all in one place, very user-friendly, and especially it means my colleague and I can both work on translations at the same time from the same resources, which are updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some matches from the memory don't always come up, and it took a little while to figure out settings and some features, but customer service is extremely efficient and solved all those problems very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can compare my terminologies with those of my colleagues just to make sure that I'm doing the right thing is superb as a translator.

Nothing because you can access it noth online and offline... Do your work and save it later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's accessible offline as an app tool for translation. This solves the internet issue because you can use it without internet and save your work later.
Agreeable and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it was to find my way around the different features, such as creating my own translation memory. I was looking for a CAT tool that operates on a Macbook (online) without frequent bugs, which is a problem with many translation platforms. It's an all-around great tool for an affordable price.

I wish I could pay a higher amount and have access to the platform once and for all.

I needed a CAT tool that was compatible with my work equipment and I found it in the Phrase Localization Platform.
LOVE it
What do you like best about the product?
My experience using Phrase was amazing to say the least. As soon as I started using it i was instantly wondering where it had been all my life. I am quite fortunate to have discovered it towards the beginning of my career as a translator as my work has instantly become 10 times easier. I also feel like this is just the beginning and I am looking forward to seeing how Phrase develops. I would be wrong to also not say that the customer service experience was nothing short of gold star standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing details weren't easy to find but the customer service will definitely respond to your request in a timely fashion even though we were working from different timezones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between different teams that would normally require advanced knowledge in the use of CAT and Software has been very easily facilitated using Phrase.
Effortless App Localization with Rapid Turnaround
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Phrase Localization Platform for translating our mobile and web applications into 14 languages. It's easy to use and offers a rapid turnaround. I also appreciate the easy tools provided for managing translations. The integration with our translation company is pretty seamless, and we can get translations from translators who are knowledgeable in our field, ensuring that the terminology isn't lost. The ability to submit requests for translations using our existing terms allows us to translate new features quickly, typically within a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly better integrations with providers would be nice. We always have to select a glossary for each language even though there's only one with the provider. Also, we don't really use the feedback system that the system provides, but bubbling up problems that the translators are bringing up when needed would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible product for streamlining the translation process, truly minimal changes needed with the FR-EN pair, scary how fast AI is advancing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality check does pick up on a few too many unimportant details (punctuation, tags, etc. - could be user error on my part and there's a way to change that in settings), but even there I can't complain, a quick email to customer service and they found the one incorrect tag in an 8,000-segment file that was keeping me from proceeding - serious kudos to the customer service team!

Mainly a timesaver, a document that would have taken me over a month to translate manually, was done in under a week!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, speeding up my workprocess, useful QA

I really regret that I'm not able to use my own TM and also that I can't export the translation in Xliff format.

Easy to use and user-friendly, compared to other leading translation tools. The transition has been smooth and easy!
