Easy to use & always available
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use & accessable via laptop & mobile device, which is a huge advantage when solving something on the go. You can set up notifications on new changes or updates, which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides. Maybe it should be easier to upload screenshots in connection with a translation (translations for a multi-language app sometimes gives challenges).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-language translations for a Nordic app. It just works so easily.Employees situated in different countries and can collaborate across borders.
Phrase - the best way for our company
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and helps me and my colleagues do our work as best we can. Saves our time and customer service is awesome

We are very pleased with the service od Phrase. We have nothing to reproach it right now.

Phrase is a tool that allows us to serve translations of the customer portal for the whole world.
Very intuitive for users
What do you like best about the product?
I was used to have an in-house made solution in my previous job, it had so many pain points and was really a chore to add key ressources and translated them correctly. But all this process could be easily acheived thanks to Phrase !
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the part with screenshots could be improved in display by creating maybe king of big categories divided by features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
difficulties for users to quicky translate and add key ressources. Phrase in mainly effective and so intuitive, I would recommend any PM to use it
Phrase was a real help for multilingual platform support
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase offers a very clear and intuitive user interface - for translators as well as for administration. The easy integration of the API is also a true asset to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have project based pricing - not by team size. This is not really scalable for multi-national companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of machine translations (we're using DeepL engine) helped us to launch basic translation support for new locales. The ability to launch a new locale is super helpful - our customers love it (even though the machine translation offered is not yet perfect - but that's not Phrase's fault).

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Phrase is that all translations have in one place and translated texts are implemented without my participation by dedicated teams. I can work with Phrase both from the company and from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not completely satisfied with the results of machine translations using the default engine - Microsoft Translation. Fortunately, it is possible to connect other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I haven't experienced any problems while working in Phrase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a translation tool for many different projects and you want everything on hand in one place and accessible from anywhere on Earth, Phrase is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase provides an easy hands-on environment for team member communication and boosts the development of APPs cross countries/ cultures. Familiar with local culture is always necessary to create successful APPs. As a new start-up employee, I and my colleagues are working on building up a user-friendly APP for religion application. Phrase gives us an immediate translation, especially delicate wording. Each team member comes from the world could use this platform to give modification. In fact, extremely high turnaround rate makes APP developed 24 hrs a day. What’s more is accurate feedback from local team benefits the APP to be more localized and embraced by users easily. There are too many good points of Phrase. In a word, brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've never used another tool to manage translations. Maybe there is a desktop application would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most difficult part of APPs developed for different languages is how to localize properly. Phrase gives a suitable platform for us to communicate precisely. Get rid of long cycle time in communication.

As title said, never miss Phrase if you need global market.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is an essential tool to my daily work. Comparing to other translation softwares I have tried, Phrase is a more user-friendly tool with an intuitive layout which helps you working faster. Moreover, it also facilitates the process of following-up and differentiating all the translated and untranslated content without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be implement more auto-suggesting options which would improve the translator experience even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase perfectly addresses the need to translate in-app content efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Loading may get long sometimes. Refreshing the page helps fix it though.
Also, supporting specific language characters (automatically inserting French's non-breaking spaces when typing a question mark, for example), like other CAT tools do, would be the perfect final touch.
