Lost data,-great recovery
What do you like best about the product?
We lost some of our data (totally our own fault) and didn't realize we lost the data for a month. The PhraseApp team were incredibly helpful in restoring data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, easy to work with and new IT staff can learn how to use the app quickly

What do you like best about the product?
It just works without fail, very easy to setup and use.
Phraseapp Team is very responsive and keep adding new features.
Pricing is fair which makes Phraseapp a no brainer for us.

Our team didn't have any issue over the last years and years we use Phraseapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phraseapp allows us to maintain our apps text in many languages.
Very flexible to updates translations by non-dev via the context visual editor or the Phraseapp app.
Machine translation is awesome and in general the UI to search keys is great, super fast.
Phraseapp also allows to view history and easily roll back changes if needed.

Quick and easy integration with git, great support for most file formats and translation libraries, the awesome interface for the content creators and a very good documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of an SDK for the Vue JS framework and better onboarding experience for the content team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution to replace our in-house translation management system, one that was easy to set up and easy to use by our content and marketing team and that will allow us to quickly add new locales to our websites.
PhraseApp is the perfect fit for us, the content team loved the UI from the start, the setup without our application was extremely easy and adding a new locale is very easy and fast thanks to their autopilot feature and translation services.

If your team/company is currently looking for a translation management solution and you are not sure if PhraseApp is what you need, just try it! It will take less than an hour to set up and test all of its features and just reach to their team because they respond very quickly.

PhraseApp is simple and beginner-friendly.
Right from the start I used it without any problem because it is simple and intuitive.
With all its helpful features It certainly makes working a lot easier and allows easy and fast communication with colleagues.
Plus, it has a lovely and clean design!

So far I haven't found downsides in using PhraseApp.
I just can highly recommend to choose this platform for every kind of translation project!

My work was positively impacted.
Translating has become very simple and even fun!
For every task I can see the change history, leave a comment, tag a colleague and even see the translation memory so I can translate faster and more fluid.

I highly recommend it! PhraseApp is beginner-friendly while having a lot of great features that makes working simpler and faster.
It is simple and intuitive, and it has a lovely and clean design!
For every task you are able to display change history, translation memory and you can also add a comment and tag a colleague for a fast and easy collaboration.

Coordination problem solved
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration of multi-teams, a multi-task environment where everybody can check the advancement of each of the individual works. The UI is also intuitive, and basically, you don’t need to spend much time learning how to use it. Another option that is always welcome is machine translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features that I like the most is precisely the one used the least, and it’s the context menu. In that part, it can place a description of the entry (key) with screenshots. That feature t is barely use but of course, is not the problem of the application itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the difficulties of coordination among different tasks with people across the world. It has come in such a great help to coordinate translations of the website in +10 languages with different time zones and adapt to each market.

We are using different tools for translations but PhraseApp has the most intuitive interface. It makes it very easy to translate and copy/compare the different locales. As the translators are working around the globe it is very important that the tool is easy to use.

Nothing at the moment (using it as a translator)

What do you like best about the product?
What i prefer in this application is the interface, it's so easy to add keys and the associated translation .

For the moment i do not have bad things to say about this application .

Thanks to this solution we managed the translation of our application, we add a lot of keys and we translate them in a lot of language.

Forget about missing translations
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone being able to collaborate and fell the progress while translating our products. Also makes very easy to share responsibilities between owners and stakeholders. It also has great and easy integrations, a powerful CLI and an even better API making it an easy choice for any developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that there is some very useful features that are implemented but are only for "internal" use meaning that you can not use them via CLI/API. An example to that is the comparison of branches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PhraseApp for the translations of applications we develop in house and it has potential to greatly simplify the translation process and the integration with your deploy process. It has helped us to quickly localize content in all markets where our product is available and new target markets.

If you are still considering something else other than PhraseApp compare the integrations, API and CLI.
All you need at hand
What do you like best about the product?
PhraseApp gives a translator everything he/she needs. The most important feature is the chance to compare previous translations with the current one, so that you can easily provide a coherent text. When the text is totally equivalent you just need to click on a button to copy the text. A great tool to work quickily, precisely and without stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit to upload the tool and it would be nice to have a list to check all pending jobs, so that you don't miss anything.

Communication between me and the client has become smooth and easy.
A powerhouse for translation and wording
What do you like best about the product?
I'm working with phraseapp for the last 4 1/2 years now, I never encountered any bug, so thumbs up for the reliability here.
Still the guys and girls from phraseapp are always improving their product.
And they are really listening to their customers, which is really rare these days.
The Jobs section helped our teams a lot to streamline our process with the copy team.
As well we started to use the branch feature for some bigger projects. Big kudos for that as well!

Sometimes the UI feels a little bit cluttered, but as soon as you get used to it, its straight forward.
They really implemented all the features we requested (or had them on their timeline)
A more customisable UI to the current user role need might be a nice addition

Easier process for the Copy team and our Tech department. as mentioned above, the jobs section helped a lot, especially in our case with having distributed teams across Europe that take care of day to day copy & translation business.
