Intuitive and easy for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. ""CAT" tool includes contextual visualizations, which is really helpful to save time. AI integrated makes translation much faster and you can train a domain-specific custom model. LQA scorecard allows an objective feedback to translators. I can easily manage projects, translate and review all types of files, and automate the end-to-end process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am really happy with this platform so far.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform enables multiple translators to work on the same files simultaneously, using the same translation memory and termbases, enabling uniform, high-quality translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to using the platform except the cost. The pricing may not be suitable for freelancers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase Localization Platform is solving the problem of translating using machine translation by linking translations offered by different vendors into one platform.
OS-independent, Easy-to-use Translation Software
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is very intuitive, easy-to-use software. It is browser-based software, so you do not have to download and install it on a PC or MAC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a user to be connected to the Internet to use Phrase, which can be a minus when you do not have Internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase is simple to use. I do not have to use a few applications to complete a translation/proofreading assignment. All of my work can be done on one browser, which is very convenient for me.
I think is really useful and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fuzzy match system and the suggested translation system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load the suggested translation of some segments.

Phrase is helping the translation industry by giving a great CAT tool experience.

I like the fact that I am able to accept more volume of work and systematize my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only use the TMS, so I have the feeling I´m missing out on other things, but I like TMS a lot.
I feel that the new feature of reaching a cap per term is not very fair, some months I have a lot of work ad some I don't, so it should compensate. I find it werd to have to purchase more capacity....

It's giving me more capacity and I can work faster, more effectively
A powerful and lower cost CAT tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of looking up and referencing materials make it very easy to leverage legacy materials. Customer support has been helpful when I've talked to English-speaking representatives, and have been positive about feature suggestions, helping to find workarounds when possible. Ideally we'd roll Phrase out to our whole team. The web UI works pretty fast, and features like filtering and opening multiple files at once simplify certain tasks that word processors might have difficulty with. The QA tools and termbase management are highly effective once harnessed, and save much time crossreferencing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features seem essential but are not included in the cheapest package. There could be more support and explanation of features, as well as videos and pictures of how to use the less-often-used but powerful ones. The custom QA tools are effective but heavily relient on customization for each language pair, requiring you develop your own assets. The Japanese-to-English pair is only moderately supported, and some things don't quite work how you expect them to (In particular handling of non-translateables, which would benefit from some custom handling rules for this pair). The system can handle changes to source documents, but works much better when they are fixed.

Terminology management, using legacy translations, quality control.
Easy to use the UI, the technical support is responsive, and sold outsourcing capability
What do you like best about the product?
The TMS UI is easy to navigate and peform the tasks. Simple jobs/projects are smoothly done. If any issue rises, technical support can answer and help immidietly. It is easy to connect to vendors as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No History/revision contorl on setting/configuration in TMS for project template, APC, custom AI related function, TM, TBs.
No back up system after 18 months.
Difficult to handle a large project which has thousand jobs.
More connectors used, MT is used, and system gets complicated, the technical support is very slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outsourcing continuous project. Acquiring souce files/update from GIT which our product developers use and pushing back to GIT after working on translation, the whole flow is very managable.
Straight forward platform with easy translation handling

Easy translation job import, quick pre-translation generation and well thought translations managment

Im-possibility to open in combinet card view accepeted cards from different project folders even if jobs are assigned to same freelancer

The platform is fairly simple, user friendly, what I do not like is your slow QA.

It is simple, straightforward, stable, userfriendly

Quite slow QA procedure, it would be great if earning information could be hidden, if outsourced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers quick work process in localization, more than one user can work on the same task simultaneously, which speeds up the work process.
The Easiest to Use CAT Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how intuitive the interface is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes and doesn't progress when I click confirm.

Phrase Localization Platform helps prevent omissions and is convenient because it allows the use of Translation Memory (TM).
