Nice Tool and Great Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a huge improvement over our previous asset management tool and its making it easier to find assets my team made or other departments. Caleb, Austin, and Ta'quila were great during the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Studio template tools aren't as intuitive as I would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better taxonomy for our assets, a single place to find assets, smart search abilities.

Incredible on boarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
The core DAM system in Bynder is incredibly easy to use, the administrative backend is very straightforward and intuitive. The on boarding team was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable, as well as being friendly and responsive to all of our many requests. We successfully migrated our previous system with very few issues. We are still in the process of finalizing a number of integrations, but the set up of those products themselves went very smoothly and training was thorough. As far as Bynder as a tool, and as a team, we have nothing but praise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can get a bit complicated, so do not underestimate the amount of resource you will need to truly make them effective - not so much on the set up side, but rather your own business process (like any of these systems, it's garbage and garbage out). Also make sure you really need The extra integrations, and that you understand the functionality and capabilities of each before you agree to purchase. We signed a contract for a minimum commitment and during implementation found that we did not need as many integrations as we thought we did. We are now looking at alternatives to meet our minimum and scrambling a bit to figure out how we will resource those on an ongoing basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced our old DAM system with Bynder and users are really enjoying the simplicity of the interface. We Also implemented several of the modules, including the brand guidelines, studio and print brand templates, As well as creative cloud, salesforce and Canva Integrations. We are still fully building out those modules so we cannot yet comment on business impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is user-friendly with a well-designed interface that is easy to navigate even for new users. The learning curve is minimal, allowing our team to get up to speed quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of flexibility regarding the product is a significant downside. There is no IT-facing customer policy, which makes addressing technical issues more difficult even for small issues. Additionally, the time to respond to business needs and contractualisation can be slow, affecting our overall efficiency.

Bynder is our single source of truth and a strategic pillar from end to end, encompassing content creation, validation, and activation. It centralizes our digital assets, streamlines workflows, and ensures brand consistency, greatly enhancing our efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
From the sales process with Brad to onboarding with Rachel and Nick to the actual product, my expectations have been far exceeded. All parties took the time to research my company and were able to customize our portal to exactly match our needs. The switch to Bynder was unplanned after the unforeseen termination of our previous DAM, putting us on a tight timeline to onboard and launch. Brad's expertise and preparation during the sales process were impressive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I was confident in choosing Bynder.
Rachel and Nick's guidance during onboarding was exceptional; they made what I had anticipated to be an overwhelming process of switching DAMs streamlined and organized. Their proactive approach and clear communication ensured that every step was understood and executed flawlessly. We did encounter some issues with the integration between Akeneo and Bynder. From a technical perspective, Bynder could benefit from enhancing its integrations with Akeneo to ensure a smoother experience. Despite this challenge, the exceptional support from Carina and Jakob helped us navigate these issues effectively.

Bynder solves several key problems for us, greatly enhancing our operations. It provides a centralized repository for all digital assets, making organization and retrieval efficient and reliable. Customizable workflows and automation streamline asset approvals and reviews, boosting productivity and reducing errors. Additionally, Bynder facilitates quick and secure distribution of assets, enhancing communication with stakeholders. Its advanced search and tagging capabilities save time by making assets easily locatable. Overall, Bynder significantly improves our digital asset management, leading to increased efficiency and a stronger brand presence.
The most robust DAMS Platform in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was very smooth. There are a ton of features within the software which can be customized to perfectly match your businesses needs. This is a game changer for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have no complaints about Bynder or the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Google Drive to house all documentation for our org. We needed a better way to manage, organize, and bundle documents for easy access, permission granting, and customer sharing. The Bynder DAMS platform has checked off every box and use case we desired when seeking out a DAMS partner.

It is a more intuitive platform that has allowed our employees and coworkers to have reliable searchability and access to data at all times.

Seamless onboarding lead by a fantastic team
What do you like best about the product?
The great team that helped us through the onboarding process. Ryan and Izzy made the entire process engaging and enjoyable. Their enthusiasm for the Bynder platform was infectious and their expert knowledge gave us the confidence in the Bynder platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, just wished we found it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of truth for marketing collateral. It minimises the likelihood of an 'old version' of a file being use or distributed. Also our endless bank of photos that occur at events used to be looked at once and then gone into the void of our sharepoint, onedrive or external hard drive. Now, with Bynder our team are able to access these photos easily.
Bynder is the best DAM solution for our agency.
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder offers us the ability to customize our DAM for our agency in a way that makes sense with our workflows. The usability is above and beyond our former DAM platform, and switching to Bynder was one of the best decisions we've made. The customer support was impeccable since day 1, and the support team was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing I dislike about Bynder is the limitations with collections. I'd love to see something like a "smart" collection that is more secure when sharing outside our agency, to external users. Being able to apply a filter and add to a collection automatically when the appropriate metadata is assigned would be a great feature to have. Also, some improvement to the back end interface for editing metaproperties and automations would be nice. But these things are so minor. I can't stress enough how much of an improvement the Bynder DAM is compared to our previous platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder allows us to organize our visual assets in a way that fits our workflows and established processes. By allowing us to customize everything from the ground up, we've been able to launch a platform that is intuitive to our users from the very beginning. The learning curve for our users has been minimal, and the DAM is something that our folks have been excited to use. It does everything we want it to do, and more. We have precise control over the use and distribution of our assets while also being able to allow everyone in our agency to view these assets. We love it. I love it. And the customer support is impeccable.
Excited to see future developments
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder will serve as a much more functional replacement for Sharepoint, where we used to store all our marketing content. Onboarding was incredibly detailed and adjusted to our pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that seem intuitive, but don't exist in Bynder - namely, the opportunity to create folders to organize content. If we were a large design team trying to share pictures and graphics with each other (much like the Fruit demo environment is set up), I think Bynder would be perfect. But for sharing actual content pieces (ebooks, white papers, infographics, etc.), with an external audience, I'm not sure it was the best choice.

Much easier to find content pieces, especially for our sales team.
